Victoria is absolutely amazing. I go out of my way just to see her most times. She is willing to go above and beyond for her customers. She has even memorized my order as I get the same thing every time! She deserves a raise y’all!
First time at this location on BG. We just moved to town, from Toledo. They only had two staff members working when I arrived, and the attendant let me know they were understaffed at that moment and it would be a few minutes wait. By the time I left, at least three more baristas had arrived. I think I only waited about 10 minutes total for two drinks and two breakfast items, being second in line when I arrived. At any stand alone location on Toledo, it's a half hour plus...
The atmosphere in Starbucks is relaxed. I enjoy getting a frappacino from time to time and the whipped cream on top is the best part. The music they play is good, and Starbucks is my most preferred coffee shop in all of Bowling Green. A variety of people go there, and I feel safe and enjoy every time I go! Also, the snacks you can buy are delicious. I hope they bring the unicorn drink back that they once had...I would really like to buy one!
