We had not been at Burntwood Tavern for some time but were interested to see their new menu items. We sat in the bar area near the patio and that was a great seat. Their Happy Hour had great food and drinks for great prices! Tegan was our server and mixologist and she provided great service and recommendations! We had the chicken sliders and a house salad. I was told since we had a small party of 3 and one of us was 82 yrs old,that we wouldn't have to walk up and down steps. We were seated upstairs instead and had to make several trips up and down very narrow steps. Which is hard if you are 82 and carrying a plate. Very disappointed.
The food was amazing, but the service was impeccable! I made a reservation for a larger party and we had a person in a wheelchair and a baby. They put us at the perfect table and showed me around to where they could park and enter with the wheelchair. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Tess showed me around the day before and our waiter, Aaron (if I remember correctly) were both amazing. Thank you!
