I went to dinner here with a friend. The pizza was okay but not the best I’ve had. Deanna was our waitress and she was excellent! Her personality was delightful and her service was great. The older woman who is the hostess was not so pleasant . She made me feel like I was bothering her and shouldn’t be there . The atmosphere was good.

- 3 of 4 meals were just ok... the 4th (lasagna) was astonishingly weird—more like a soup and splattered all over the bowl as if it was microwaved too long.
- We order mozz sticks which never came
- The rice that confusingly came as a paid upgrade for one of the dishes was gross tasting.
- The server never cracked a smile and all of the staff I saw seemed dismal / disgruntled about something.
+ the building and courtyard are very cool and the food wasn't actually terrible.

Side rant, I honestly have no idea why I tipped the usual 18%. I was mad at myself afterwords, and I think this place is the tipping point where I will no longer feel obligated to tip when we receive poor service. (And yes, all of my party was very pleasant, didn't require anything of the staff, should have been a breeze to serve.)

Surprised to have something that tasted so good. The waitress was very friendly too.

If all they had was French Onion soup, we'd still show up. Service, Atmosphere, Food all good - great goto place when you want to just eat and relax.

We went here 1-2 years ago and were not really excited about it. We went again twice in the past few months with family and date night. The food is consistent. They do give large portions. The food isn’t horrible. My toddler liked the grilled cheese. The meal came out quickly and hot. Service was great. However, it is expensive. $5 extra for fries and all sides (not included in meal). Sandwiches, beer and drinks were expensive. The mozzarella sticks for an appetizer was $9, and we believe it was frozen with a typical jarred sauce. We might go again, but we won’t be ordering a lot. It is definitely a place to grab 1 drink and a sandwich only.

Service is awesome and the creamy pepper dressing with fresh cut fries is out of this world!

I’m not sure if they changed owners since reopening or what, but the past 2 times I’ve been here have been different. The food is definitely not the same. They used to have a classy simple dinner salad with FRESH lettuce and shaved Parmesan. Now they have pre-cut bagged (NOT fresh) lettuce where you have to sit there fishing out rotten, bruised pieces. They got rid of the shaved parm. Just not good. The main courses are even worse. I’ve always felt that this restaurant was worth the upscale prices. Absolutely not anymore. Please go back to fresh ingredients.

This place is my new favorite. Their sandwiches are really good. Everything is served on homemade bread. Salads come with your own personal little loaf. It’s a little loud inside but they have a nice patio if the weather permits. It gets pretty crowded.
