“I had my retirement party at the 3 Spot last Saturday, and they could not have been more accommodating! We've known for a long time that the staff is exceptional and friendly, but we're super impressed now with everyone there! I don't want to leave anyone out, but we remember Dave, Karen, P.J., Ryan, Thomas, Corbin, and our server for the evening, Lisa. She was wonderful-keeping an eye on the group in case someone needed anything. She is fast, friendly, and efficient! The side room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a Christmas tree in the corner. And last, but not least, the food is AWESOME! I was glad to have leftovers so we could share, and also enjoy the day after. We had the pizza, BBQ meatballs, Buffalo Chicken dip, pretzel bites, and a really nice looking veggie tray. “Food was so good! Atmosphere needs a little help but the staff made up for it. ( The AC was not working and it was a hot day). Everyone was so nice and offered to bring me napkins and even gave my baby a Popsicle. It's those little things that make me love a place. The garlic fries and chili fries were so good and next time I would get the garlic fries with chili. The fact that you can choose from a regular hotdog, snappy one, jumbo or kielbasa has them stand out from other hotdog spots. I will be back for a burger....and potentially a hotdog with it.“

“Food is fresh, hot and VERY delicious! Has that homemade taste and flavor that brings me back to being a kid at family bbqs.. The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. Food is handmade to order, which I appreciate. Its tough to find good restaurants that take pride in what they serve. You can taste it here!“

“I should have expected the store to be busy, seeing as though it was national cheeseburger day and all...and it was. However...the staff was amazing. They worked together, they weren't stressed out, they were pushing out orders...I was so impressed sitting there waiting for my food. When they finally called my name, I got my food and drove the 20 minutes home. my burger was DELICIOUS and fries were hot. This store did an absolute beautiful job executing this evenings busy rush. They definitely deserve kudos.“
