Sadly a negative experience here. • We ordered a bagel sandwich, they replaced it with something else we did not want, without letting us know. • I saw the Shift Mgr. behind the counter, take away our chips when clearly the sandwich came with chips after looking at receipt. • After we sat down, it was freezing in the dining room, 40° out & they had air conditioning on, we asked to turn air off & it continued to run. Apparently customers are last to be comfortable. • $9 for a "bowl" of soup that was clearly a CUP of soup. • $6.50 for a "1/2 sandwich" with bread falling apart. This is all pathetic! Panera get your "stuff" together. Way overpriced for smaller portion than before. Our bill was over $35 for 1 coffee, 1 pick-2, 1 bowl soup, 1 Sandwich. Sadly & clearly a negative experience.

Terribly slow service. I came during a snow storm and I was the only customer in the whole store with at least 4 employees working behind the counter. Took forever to get my food. None of the employees looked like they were trying to get my order ready for a while after I ordered.

Went there today for lunch. They have kiosks to order at but still a bunch of people went to the cash register and seemed to get quicker service. While waiting for our food the prep area got yelled at by the assistant manager for making multiple mistakes on orders. Our order seemed to take a really long time to get. They were sold out of bread bowls which is really odd considering they're a bread place. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular. Definently over priced though. The diet Pepsi was flat from the machine. Be hard to go back there and spend that kind of money for mediocre food

Decided to go here in morning. They deserve 0 stars for the way I was treated. Lady at front counter didn't treat me the best, put on that fake smile like she was kidding. No she wasn't. Horrible panera to go to and never going back. Not that one person matters anyways. Guess restaurants don't care about their guests. Only there paychecks!

Got squash soup & an asiago bagel. The soup was good but the bagel.. just a ball of dough with a few..and I mean few pieces of orange something on top. No asiago cheese taste whatsoever. This will be the last time I come here..sad that food places (won't even call them a restaurant) dont have any quality anymore. But..the prices have certainly gone up.

Went in with a 100 dollar bill and was turned away. Everyone doesn't use cards for purchase. Terrible
As with most fast food restaurants workers are slow and rude. The soup i bought was cold and greasy. The other person had a cold coffee and a stale baked good. I go to other Panerai in the cities around cleve. None are as bad as Brecksville. You almost feel they did you a favor allowing you to sit. Atv8 30 they started vacuum work in the area we were sitting in Dont worry I wont go back so your employees can chat with each other and not be bothered with customers.

Paid almost $9.00 for half a sandwich. 2 pices of small chicken and melted cheese on a small peace of bread.Quality and portions have declined but you pay a fortune for you food.
