We chose Panera in Brecksville for catering for a company meeting. The ordering and delivery service was easy. We quickly realized that there was a mistake with our order. When I called, the person who helped me (I did not get her name) took the call very seriously, expressed empathy and quickly corrected the problem and added some bonus items to my order. Went there today for lunch. They have kiosks to order at but still a bunch of people went to the cash register and seemed to get quicker service. While waiting for our food the prep area got yelled at by the assistant manager for making multiple mistakes on orders. Our order seemed to take a really long time to get. They were sold out of bread bowls which is really odd considering they're a bread place. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular. Definently over priced though....

As with most fast food restaurants workers are slow and rude. The soup i bought was cold and greasy. The other person had a cold coffee and a stale baked good. I go to other Panerai in the cities around cleve. None are as bad as Brecksville. You almost feel they did you a favor allowing you to sit. Atv8 30 they started vacuum work in the area we were sitting in
