Highly recommended the stuffed shells and the raspberry vinaigrette dressing was excellent too! We go to At Boulders Edge Cabins in Hocking Hills every year for our wedding anniversary and have Billy and Scarlett do a romantic dinner for us in our cabin. Absolutely the best part of our trip! The food is so amazing every time and Billy and Scarlett are always so wonderful to talk to, we just enjoy seeing them every year. You cannot go wrong with having them out for your special event or romantic dinner! They go above and beyond to make sure your special occasion is the best.

Scarlett and Billy seemed very professional when we were planning our wedding catering with them. We did a tasting which was not included in the price of the wedding catering and everything they made was delicious. They were great at communicating as well, responding to emails and phone calls immediately. However, the day of the wedding the chicken Parmesan was served undercooked. We had many guests complain that they were sick or could not finish their chicken. It is embarrassing to hear from your guests that they were sick from the food at your wedding. We brought it to Scarlett’s attention via email and it hasn’t even been acknowledged, which is out of the ordinary for them because they responded quickly before the wedding. Billy was also extremely rude to our guests, which was unprofessional. They would have been a great company if they had taken proper food handling and customer service seriously. Salmonella and food poisoning in general should be taken very seriously by a catering company and I feel that people considering Four Seasons Catering should know that we were served at least 10 undercooked chicken breasts at our wedding, resulting in our guests getting sick or not finishing their meals.

Scarlett was lovely. She, Billy, and Martina were all both very professional and warm! Billy is definitely very comfortable in the kitchen whipping everything up for us! Our cheese hors devours were fresh and creamy, the fillet was a healthy portion and very tender, the salmon was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful! They set everything up beautifully and they washed anything they used at the end which made it so simple and fully enjoyable for our bachelorette party group. I would highly recommend them if anyone is visiting the hocking hills area! I know they can do large parties too!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! I was blown away by their service, professionalism, and the quality of their food. Billy and Scarlett were a pleasure to work with during my party and before, as they were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions and concerns before the event. They had to work around several allergy related dietary needs for my guests and they accommodated them all, and did so seamlessly. All of my guests were impressed with the quality and presentation of each course. They made hosting a breeze, which says a lot, because I don’t host events often and they made me feel very confident the whole way through. I would definitely recommend their service for any size event.

Oh my God! They are exquisite in every way. We attended a engagement dinner party that Four Seasons Catering catered and I was so pleased with everything they served. Shrimp, lobster, steak, potatoes, and Margaritas. Everyone there said their steak was cooked to perfection. The lobster that we dipped in melted butter warmed by candlelight was delicious. Even though we were all full, we could not deny ourselves the cake served with strawberries. What a wonderful night!
