The menu offers a great variety, even with special dietary needs in our group. The staff handled our large party fantistically and kept all of our checks and orders straight. The chef and servers were wonderful and worked really hard to get all of the food for a large group out at the same time. The view is wonderful too. It was not easy to find a restaurant that could accomodate a large group and The Lodge was a perfect find!
I am not a member but a family member is so I went as his guest. What a fantastic venue to have at Hideway Hills. The food was very good and I think they have found a great way to balance a streamlined menu with their buffet! I had zero trouble finding great choices. One hallmark of a good restaurant is how fresh their salads are, imo. Our Cobb salads were spot on. The personal pizzas have great flavor and so we're the buffalo wings! Great food and drinks in a chill environment. Finally got to eat here during music bingo and the place was PACKED! The food took awhile, and the servers seemed spread a bit thin, but overall had a good experience. My wings were pretty decent, but the sauces weren't anything to wrote home about. Had part of a prime rib dinner and it was alright (a bit tough). The fries are really good. The music bingo was a great time.
