Incredible bakery! I first tasted their baked goods at Dahlia Coffee where I had the tres leches cakes and loved them. From their, my partner and I worked with Jossi for a catering order of tres leches shooters for a wedding. Jossi was very communicative and helpful, and the tres leches shooters WERE A HIT! Everyone loved them and they were DELICIOUS. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely love Jossi’s Bakery! My husband ordered a variety of items for my 40th birthday and the treats were a hit. We stopped by for some empanadas, a pumpkin latte and some delicious treats for our boys. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS and we wanna be sure to support and frequent this bakery more often.

Honestly, one of my favorite bakery’s ever! The cupcakes are sweet, but not overly sweet! Which is good for me because my teeth are very sensitive! The coffee is also really good!! I’m glad they have alternative milks! I am OBSESSED WITH THE GUAVA ROLLS TOO!! The service is also really amazing!! 🤩

I recently ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday. Jossi was fantastic to work with! She was so genuinely kind, she listened, took notes, and made helpful suggestions to make the cake as my daughter wanted. The cake turned out beautifully and it also tasted amazing!
The bakery shop is just darling. Very clean, bright, and has a wonderful assortment of cupcakes, cake pops, and other offerings. I was a first time customer but look forward to being a regular customer for our bakery needs.

Jossi’s is known for their flavorful pastries, welcoming environment, and delicious (and adorable) cakes. Jossi knows how to bring your ideas to life, just like my Jellycat cake for my birthday! I will be coming back for more events and birthdays for another great experience. I also recommend the guava rolls :)

I ordered a wedding cake and I was told the cake would not be exactly as picture I showed , but would be similar . The cake looked nothing like what I thought it would . I was very disappointed , but I had no time to get another one for my big day ! The top layer of the cake was sliding off and it was all smashed when I took out of box . I paid 220$ for my wedding cake and it was ruined and it was not Red velvet cake or cream cheese frosting . It was mostly frosting and I think that’s why it fell apart . All my guests tasted the cake and it was terrible not one guest liked it . It was sickly , sweet frosting and cake tasted like almond . I threw it out ! When I called about the cake and showed pictures , I was told I would not be refunded for cake, after discussing She said she would give me 40% back so I ended up with 88$ refunded . I was so disappointed that I wasn’t refunded the full amount . I do NOT recommend ordering anything from this business . You will be so disappointed. I wish I could post pictures .

I would not recommend getting your cake from here. They made my mom’s wedding cake. It literally fell apart after 5 mins of sitting out of the fridge and it was not made according to order. It wasn’t the right frosting that was ordered, the cake was not true velvet, and there was hardly any cake inside. It was mostly made of frosting. When I called to talk to the manager she informed me that she would only refund her 35% of what she paid because the cake was made and sent home. Part of my mom’s big day was ruined because of this and I find it unacceptable that she was only refunded 35%! Seeming the reason the cake fell apart clearly was because it was mostly made of frosting and was built incorrectly. She should have been refunded the full 100%! That would have been the right way to handle this situation. Not only did her cake fall apart due to incompetence, the right thing was not done by refunding her the full amount. Highly recommend not using this place!

We loved our wedding cake!! The cake was beautiful on the outside and matched my vision. The inside was delicious! Jossi was so kind and you can tell she cares about the quality of product she’s creating!

Lovely atmosphere and very helpful and cheery staff.
I really enjoyed my Greek turnover and was able to hangout for a bit on a rainy day. : )

We came because of the good reviews to order our gender reveal cake.

First of all, thank you Jossi for reading our test results for us! We know the results were hard to read. You are a hero!

We ordered a 6” cake and it was ready in 10 minutes!! I didn’t expect that.. the cake was soooo good too! Moist and delicious.

The place is nice and has a patio too, we’ll definitely be back to try their pastries and coffee.

Making an edit here based on the owner’s response. I was NEVER told to call back to place a deposit. Again, I would have gladly paid the entire cost up front. I told Carlos I would let him know if I would pick this up or have a pick-up scheduled. This has nothing to do with the cake order itself. Once it’s ready, it doesn’t matter if I’m picking it up or sending someone to pick it up.

I ordered a tres leches cake for a very special birthday. I called this morning to confirm it would be ready, and Carlos informed me he hadn’t placed the order because I didn’t let him know if I was going to pick it up or have Door Dash pick it up. This has nothing to do with it. How I pick it up is irrelevant. He also told me they require a deposit. The time to tell me this would’ve been when I placed the order. I would have happily paid for the entire thing up front. Now, I don’t have the cake I ordered that was for someone very special.

Jossi did call me and offered an alternative, or to make the cake I ordered but with a pick-up time hours after when I need it. I didn’t want it rushed, and it didn’t fit into my schedule, so I declined.

We recently discovered Jossi's Bakery next to Cozumel Mexican Restaurant in Broadview Hts. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic about their baked goods, which are delicious. We love the banana, guava and mango rolls that were still warm when we picked them up. Be sure to pre-order to ensure they are available. There is a cute outdoor patio and tables and chairs indoors too. They also sell empanadas, potato pies, Greek and chicken turnovers, cakes, cupcakes and cookies, and everything is freshly made. There is also a variety of hot and cold beverages including lattes and teas. Highly recommend!
