I have to give it a 4 because the food is consistently outstanding. The wait however is pretty insane. There were only a couple other tables and it took almost two hours total to get our food and eat.

Not sure how this place is still opened. Food is decent but consistently the service is horrible. If you are looking for decent pizza and have all night then go for it.

Food was excellent. Definitely not a place you want to rush a meal. Take your time and enjoy.

This was a terrible experience. Food took well over an hour when there were literally two other tables in the joint that had already been served and it was like 8 pm. Our order came out wrong to top it off and all they did to compensate was remove the charge for one topping. Definitely not giving this place another try. Pizza wasn't anything to write home about. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I highly recommend you do not go here.

Good pizza, we get it almost every weekend for more than 6 months now and it is always perfect. Very kind staff as well no matter who you speak with.

I have been to this location in Broadview Heights 3 times. I will not go back after today. The kitchen wait was long despite not having a crowded dining room. We were not given silverware or napkins when we sat down, or when our appetizers arrived or when I asked for them, and only when my entree arrived did we get a single set after again asking. And then I immediately gave the one napkin to my six year old. Our drinks were never refilled. The Gnocci was bland at best.

I would recommend the food, because we have gone there in the past and have not been disappointed with a meal. However, they advertise for a Sunday brunch, but when we showed up there today they looked as if they were setting up for a party. The hours on the door had 2 different times listed for the day and even the hours online are different, so you don't really know if and when they are open, if you can go in, etc. Their facebook page didnt have any updates to state if they were open or not. There were other people in the parking lot just as confused as we were. Took our business over to Valentis for a great brunch. Like I said good food, but would recommend calling to make sure they are open before driving there.

We ordered online, after waiting 55 minutes to receive a pizza at a resteraunt we found was completely empty, we received a pizza that would be disappointing, but not awful at dominos. Additionally, they took our credit card to the back when they rung it up, rather than doing it infront of us. The service felt like talking to a used car salesman. Go anywhere else in little Italy.

We have been loyal to this place since beginning, through Covid and all. I believe they are getting ready to close this place and concentrate on Little Italy location. Food choices now limited. Except for pizza & pasta, which is not that great anymore. No liquor selection, no draft beer selection, 3 choices of canned beer and wine is left opened for days. They have given up on this location and they should just close it down or just do take out pizza. Their new Little Italy restaurant is excellent, though!

We really tried to give this place a chance. Took an hour and a half to get our food when there were two tables in the restaurant. Meanwhile the chef was doing magic tricks with the table, not cooking the food. After finally receiving our food the pasta was overcooked and bland, tasted like water. Gnocchi was also overcooked and over salted. No liquor license yet but maybe you should consider one with the TERRIBLE food and hour and a half wait time. CHEF IS A JOKE. Leave here hungry, irritated, and spending too much money. We won’t be back.

Had some pizza here for a celebration dinner. It was really good! Great value and quality. We plan to try all the different options on the menu.

Just got take out. We ordered a large pizza which was good and my wife ordered Brussel Sprouts and a large Salad. I paid $10 for the Brussels Sprouts and she literally got 10 of them. I ordered her a large Salad which was $15 it was extremely small. I was shocked so called in and the response I received was “we do everything by weight”. You need to adjust or you’re going to lose more customers. I was shocked by the amount of food received and even more shocked by the response I got when I called in. Very disappointing.

When we were greeted by the waitress she first explained what they were out of on the menu which came to us as a shock. We both ordered Pizza and I ordered a Coke. Went to drink the Coke and it was flat no fizz to the Coke so I just drank water after that. The pizza came to us I ordered special toppings on my pizza to try I ordered Gruyere Cheese Porchetta Calabrian Chilies and Truffle Oil thought I go fancy never had these combinations on a pizza before. My pizza had very little Porchetta topping on my pizza 5 pieces I counted didn't even cover the whole pizza like pepperoni or sausage would of covered portions weren't portioned out right on the pizza Calabrian chilies about one quarter of the pizza had it everything was covered in cheese but the cheese wasn't stringy like cheese should be when you bite into the cheese and pull it away from your mouth. This place also was suppose to have Gelato asked server what flavors of Gelato they had to today because menu says to ask server for flavors waitress says oh by the way were out of Gelato too. I don't recommend Salted Dough there are other awesome Pizza restaurants out there STAY AWAY from this restaurant. Thought it would be a good choice to try since this was our first time here. Boy was I wrong.
