We arrived an hour and a half before closing. Ordered iced tea and never received refills. We went to the bar and the tea was dumped for the night. French fried and mashed potatoes came out cold. Waitress never returned. No to go boxes were offered, no dessert, no check. The hostess at the front had to get my server to get our check. Held our daughter’s college grad party in the Bocce Room. We had a total of 32 people. Everything was wonderful! Megan, the Director of Sales, was very helpful picking out the menu and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our server, Nate, was fabulous. He kept checking in with us and was extremely helpful with all the little details. All of our guests commented on how nice everything was.
Half the games didn't work, stole money from cards. Absolutely SLOW service. We were here at 1pm on a Monday, so it was NOT packed at all. The workers were more worried about thier phones than the customer. The food?, oh Lord. The food was less than appetizing. Steak was so fatty, half the salad was brownish. First impression, won't return!
