Stopped in Charlie and Tangos this past weekend. What a great place! If you enjoy some different ice cream flavors you will love this place! Great staff!

We love the ice cream here. They always have great flavors and some of them are pretty unique. My wife's favorite is the taro. I think a pint of it permanently lives in our freezer.

I should have written that part of the review a while ago but I never got around to it. What made me actually do it though isn't the ice cream but the owner. Last night we decided to make an ice cream run and head home. When we went to leave though, our car wouldn't start. To make an already long review a little shorter, the owner came out with his battery jump pack and tried to get the car started. When it didn't turn over immediately, he left the battery pack with us to keep charging the car while he went back inside to deal with the rest of the customers. We are super grateful for everything he did and will keep going back for the fantastic ice cream and wonderful people.

I love this place so many different flavors to try and toppings. You must try it. But make sure you check their website cause hours are different and their not open on Tuesday.

Two bites in we find hair frozen in the chocolate ice cream we discreetly told the owner so we wouldn’t draw attention. The owner became defensive and tried to give us new ice cream from the same chocolate vat the hair came from. When we asked to get a different flavor he argued and then went right to refunding my money. First time there but never again. He served at least two others out of that hairy vat ugh!!!

Our favorite ice cream place in Cleveland. They have the hard serve ice cream as well as other items.

Boba tea has lightweight replaced my hardcore drug addiction. I appreciate good bubble tea .
Boba withdrawal brought me here since they are open til 10pm and I was kinda in the area.
Large Taro smoothie with tapioca boba is delicious. Combines my favorite smoothie/ shake with boba.
if I have some sips left when I get home, then i s’pose I’ll share with my equally boba addicted man. I’ll try to save him a taste🤤🤭
I plan on returning with him next time.

I'm glad we stopped in. Clean and bright when you walk in. The staff was kind and friendly. Great, there are a lot of choices, including vegan options. Definitely, coming back. We all had double scoops of ice cream and the flavors were good. (Lake Erie salt mine had cashews, peanut butter cup had a nice touch of salt in it, chocolate blackout had chocolate chunks, with toppings, salt caramel truffle , cookie dough)

Im sad leaving this review because this used to be one of my favorite shops, but I’ve had a very long night. After consuming one of their powder smoothies I had signs/symptoms of food poisoning 2 hours later and throughout the rest of the night. I know it was the smoothie because I couldn’t finish it due to it tasting off/hurting my stomach after a few sips. (I never usually have this problem) Doctors confirmed it as food poisoning.

Great ice cream. The kids loved it here.
