I WRNT HERE AFTER VISITING THE ONE ON LORAIN AND KINDLY ASKING THEM ON LORAIN TO MAKE MY POTATOE CAKES FRESH THAT I WOULD NOT MIND WAITING FOR FRESH POTATOE CAKES. SO YEAH THEY MADEE WAIT FOR POTATOE CAKES I DON'T KNOW WHY BECAUSE THEY CAME OUT COLD ANGD GREASY SHIT I HATE ON BOTH LEVELS! I DON'T THINK THEY FUNCTION RIGHT WITHOUT THE MANAGER!! THEY HARD OF HEARING OR JUST DON'T CARE BUT THANK GOD BROOKPARK HAD MY POTATOE CAKES AND LITERALLY LISTENED TO ME WHEN I SAID I WOULD LOVE FRESH POTATOE CAKES!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS

I ordered a French dip sandwich, an order of mac & cheese, and a five count strip with sauce. NO AJOU dip WAS GIVEN TO ME. THE TENDERS WERE COLD AND CAME WITH NO SAUCE. WHO EATS TENDERS WITH NO SAUCE? I feel like I wasted my money on this meal because I don’t want to eat any of it and it’s not enjoyable to me to eat a plain French dip and a plain chicken strip.. This is why people say Arby’s suck. This is why Arby’s has the reputation it does and I will never return. I bet that no one will even reply to this complaint and then I won’t even get my money back for the missing items.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for "a little extra lettuce" on my order. Without informing me there was a surcharge, she tried to tack $1 onto my order. I wasn't having it -- $1 for maybe one or two cents' worth of lettuce. That kind of petty gatekeeping nonsense leaves a bad taste in your mouth, puts a damper on your appetite. Way to drive off customers long-term.

How are you going to tell someone you close at 1am and dinner closes at 10pm but then tell someone they can not eat in because they close at 8pm. Funny I guess I didn't fit in with the crowd.

Waited in line 20 minutes for them to tell me "Our system is down we are only taking online or doordash orders" we've all worked in fast food we all know what that means. An hour before close too.
