I had to PICK UP THE PHONE because the workers were not answering the phone. One worker was SITTING AT THE BAR while customers were waiting to pick up orders for OVER 40 minutes. After answering the phone NOW all of a sudden a worker wants to come over to ask if i need help with an attitude but wasn’t helping not one bit or answering the phone but steady yapping with his coworker sitting at the bar. So whoever is the heavy set worker (being nice because it’s the new year) with the blond hair next time answer the phone instead of staring at the tv and talking with your equally lazy coworker at the bar. And don’t forget i said the it’s the new year so know the gyms are open!!!!

I sat at the bar and waited for at least 10 minutes before somebody came to take my drink order. There were maybe three other tables sat during this time and two people at the bar. There was at least six staff members working and they were all in the kitchen, laughing and having a very loud conversation. When the bartender finally came out, she was incredibly rude, very short with me and acted like she had something better to do and serve the three people that were sitting at the bar. My food order took forever. All I ordered was salad, wings and onion rings. The wings were asked to be expected.. The onion rings came out, burned and cold. I don’t expect much from a culinary perspective at Buffalo wild wings, the bar is so low at places like this. My wing order was incorrect. The salad was edible only because I was starving. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The bartender again disappeared for Long amounts of time. When I asked for my check, She very rudely told me that she was in the middle of something and that she would get to it as soon as she could. I do not recommend this place, there Or at least two other restaurants right next to this Buffalo wild wings. Unless you really wanna watch a game, I would not go to this establishment. I’m hoping that I do not get food poisoning in the morning. Service was horrible, food was far below average and came nowhere near meeting my expectations. The atmosphere is nice though. It’s well lit and there are a lot of TVs.

Order totally wrong, internet is horrible, order,asked for 20 whole wings and fries, received 20 flats and drums (wingettes) wings were dry and hard,unable to eat them. Tried calling to return the order, phone kept saying number incomplete. Unable to call to return the wings. I was trying to get a refund or replacement, neither were available to me. I want a refund!!! Please advise on how to proceed and resolve this issue ASAP.

1- Nobody at lobby desk waited 8 mins had to call their store phone to get someone to come out. 2- burnt food. 3- missing items spent $13 on and call in to see if I could come pick it up the items I was missing and she told me she had to ask the manager, asked if I could speak to them because I love 20 mins away and the girl Vall ignorantly said she couldn’t get her manager because he was in the kitchen, it was mostly empty when I arrived & most of the employees were chilling in the back hence why I had to wait when I arrived. Never ordering here again save your money and energy. Would rate 0 stars if possible horrible service all around.

So i decided to get the 20 wings plus a large fries for $19.99 and decided to pay an extra dollar to change my fries for tots and this is what a large order of tots looks for them i guess... what a shame amd disappointment, I'm definitely going back to wing stop as my favorite wings restaurant...

I placed a order online, my boyfriend went in to get it he comes out with part of the order. We were missing 2 apps and 6 wings. He goes back in comes out with wings and 1 app I go back in wait 10 mins before anyone even came to the counter. I tell them they forgot my cauliflower wings they go back come out 10 mins later give me a box
