Me and my bro got boneless wings and the hit are very good!!!!! I highly recommend the hots actually hot but the flavor is so good u can't stop eating them. If I ever want wings this is where I am going to go flat out I just wish I would have had the munchies cuz then I'd really eat alot more than what I did.

Welp, showed up at around 4pm, we were the only group (4 people), whole place was empty besides 1 person at the bar (we assumed this might mean we get good service but alas we were wrong) along with us seeing a full table of staff sitting in a booth bsing. We sat down and waited 10-15min, the bartender who was leaving got us a round of drinks and then didnt come back telling us our server was just walking in. We finished our drinks before anyone came back to our table. left 20 on the table to cover drinks and left (they should be grateful lol). for such a large venue and the amount of staff we saw Id just accept even mid to bad service but there wasnt any service. would not recommend. oh and after waiting 1 other table did get sat and there order was taken before ours

Absolutely horrible service. When you order from uber eats its like they just randomly decide what they want to give you or not. They ALWAYS forget the sides of sauce. The food tastes like it was cooked the day before. And the manager claims that uber eats drivers steal the sauces out of your bag. Worst manager and worst service of any bw3 ive ever had. The heavier set manager needs a lesson in customer service. Never once left a review for anything but this place made me have to.

Good evening! I'm so disappointed I will not be ordering again I just spent 34.00 dollars and I didn't enjoy my wings at all. My wings were so dried out, tasted like they just been sitting in a warmer for hours, wasn't fresh or hot at all, I actually had to spit some of them out because it was to hard to chew 😩. We just ordered wings two weeks ago and that order was definitely fresh and hot. I'm not sure what happened this time maybe because I went later in the evening, probably gave me and ordered that was never picked up😩

Been here a handle full of times and the food is always poor and service is trash waited almost 2 hours for garbage food another time I placed a Togo order only got half of it then waited for the second half and by the time I ate it was ICE cold. Not to mention waiting to be seated is so long it's awkward. OUTRAGEOUS.

We were here very late on a Friday night after 10:40 ish so I understand that servers and staff will be exhausted. That's completely valid and understandable. However, that doesn't warrant the type of service my family and I received. There was no host. No wait staff. No greeting. No kindness and absolutely no warmth. It's not a lack of energy, they were just extremely rude. They sat us at a very small 4 top, after being rude and snippy towards us or down right ignoring us (no they weren't busy). When we requested to be moved to one of the dozens of empty tables, the menus were snatched from our hands and we were given a truly mind boggling level of rudeness. Our server/host was a person with short pink hair and a horrific attitude. I understand it's a late Friday night but they were consistently rude, snippy, and down right unpleasant the entire time. The only time they were actually nice was when we paid and left a 30% tip in cash on the table. They were rude the entire time. I don't want a refund because I don't want to go back to this BW3s. I'd rather not eat at all. The food was great. Not a long wait at all. Cooked to how we like it and otherwise great outside of the terrible service.

Ordered for pick up and had to wait 5 minutes but the order was right and the maple chipotle was delicious and cheese curds were perfect
Your experience will begin with a 15-20 min wait to be seated (same occurrence EVERY time we visit; this will be our last), as every employee in the restaurant passes by. Then, you'll be seated eventually and brought cold food. I wish I could leave less than one star for this place. 😡

Buffalowildwings starts making small wings and hard to eat. It is really getting backwards in the service. Customer service were bad and couldn't help or replace it for me. Sorry but they don't do a great job!

It was 10 minutes before we saw anyone who worked here. It was a Wednesday around 7. The restaurant was not full. A bunch of tables hadn’t been cleared off. When someone finally walked past our table, they said “just wanted to let you know I’m SUPER busy right now so it’s going to be a while before I can come back.” We left.

I came here with my mother as a late valentines dinner. Our food was cold I had a side of fries and they were burnt, hard, old, and cold. Same with her’s maybe we just got a bad batch but her wings and my sandwich were also cold. My server seemed a little stressed and I understand but he was a little rude.

Placed an order of $120 for Superbowl today not only did they loose my order pickup for today they also couldn't recall my order from yesterday or issue a refund I'd like to be contacted immediately unexceptable on top of that the manager couldn't due anything or trying to search up my order number lazy ass management now a day didn't even have a business card or anything do better
