First time visiting this place. The soft serve was amazing, the hot dogs and the Strawberry Cheesecake specialty shake were good. Customer service not so good. I do understand that is Friday, it was a bit packed and they might had some rude customers over the day bit the attitude was unnecessary. When one of the ladies gave me my food she almost threw it on the counter. When I asked for my friend’s order so I can bring it to her (because she was watching my boys outside), the young lady stared at me, told me ok with a thumbs up and left ignoring me. Even though everything was good I might not come back. Being my first time visiting this establishment, the impression and customer service was terrible except for the cashier. She was very nice.

$30 for 2 shakes is pretty outrageous.
I understand you get a wholesaled glass cup with a sticker slapped onto it, and some icing and whipped cream on top with cereal.
The least they could do is make it taste good. (It did not, the only good part was the popsicle stuck on top that they buy in bulk and you can go purchase yourself at any gas station for 50 cents).
The ice cream was very good ! Excessive but great amount of cookie dough. Great prices. My only wish was they had more paper towels. They were out and the benches outside were wet so I couldn't sit to eat and couldn't eat in the car because it melted so quickly. But overall. It was pretty great. This was my second time coming here.

Imagine that 80’s and 90’s sugary cereal all over your ice cream. And little debbie brownies in it and malt inside mixed. If I had the munchie it would be perfect, maybe. I wish I had my greenbacks back. I got some mason jars instead.
To explain further, I am a garbage disposal. I do not let food go to waste in this combination had me putting it down and not finishing it, which says a lot, my companion who also had another flavor I believe strawberry milkshake felt violated by the entire experience. This experience was rough on the stomach to say the least their marketing and advertising is done very well, but the product does not match the advertisements.

First time trying today and they definitely didn't disappoint, had a super big rush with the weather break and burgers are amazing, has its own unique taste!! Wish I could have took a photo but it was to good to not dig straight in. Hopefully they will eventually get a bigger spot because they deserve it!! Ps. Better then smash burgers down the street 😉

Got burgers for the family.....they were nasty... and we have been on the toilet since. Burgers didn't have any bacon, barely any sauce, and they were flavorless. Would NOT recommend for the burgers aspect.

The burgers was good, TJ attended us well but no bacon the flyer on the wall was misleading with fries. Said Smash Burger & Fries but were not jncluded. When we got home made bacon to put on it.
