Horrible wait times. For fast food, they sure are slow. Rude staff. “Here” and then handing your debit card back. No thank you, no customer service. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich without tomato. My receipt says spicy chicken sandwich, no tomato. They put a tomato on my sandwich, and for some reason they added cheese to it, and it’s not even a spicy sandwich.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Sometimes the food is really good and fries have the right amount of salt and they're real warm and fresh. Other times you get the most horrible meal ever. Like tonight I got a very dry BBQ chicken sandwich. This is the third time its happened, they need to stock up on some honey mustard you can't give people a dry sandwich. Think I'm done with this place now.

There's two things annoying about this location, one is they put water in these tiny tiny cups that I only ever seem to experience at certain Burger Kings. The second is you cannot turn left going out, you need to turn right and then spend time turning around. Makes it a hassle.

10/10/19. Was the date of my visit last night. I was very impressed with the service. Service was quick i got my food within a few minutes. Cashier i believe her name was sara was very friendly and polite. I was very pleased with my visit. I will defiently be returning in the near future.

Only my 2nd time here and the service is horrible again, biscuit is hard as a rock and i been sitting 20 mins waiting for my order to be replaced. Manager didnt even come to window and apologize she actually looked at me like i was wrong for bringing it back, should of waited till i got to Lakewood

A good location in the area of Sam's Club and Wal-Mart. Only drawback is the doors. I'm usually hauling a pull cart coming in. The employees are friendly.

A complete disaster. The lady who took my order was rude and cut me off with my total before I was done ordering. I Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and was told it was a 6 minute wait. That would have been fine if they hadn't refried an old patty and given me a rubbery and dry sandwich that had old brown lettuce on it. My fries were cold and soggy and the Zesty sauce I requested for my fries wasn't in the bag. And I asked if it was in the bag before I left. I would never use this destination again. It was 100% a disappointment.

I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life! Cashier was slow, manager lost all patience with her told her "get out just go" I'm assuming from the window. Ordered a meal with nuggets on top and all I vot was the meal! I'll take the extra 4min drive to go to another location near me. Done with this one
I was on my way to work and was grabbing a quick bite. I ordered the Impossible Whopper meal small size. It was delicious, and everything was fresh and fast! I definitely recommend.

The service at this location is horrible (at least it was today). The way the manager spoke to a customer was not appropriate. The crew needs better training as well (I’m assuming everyone is new because orders were messed up like a domino effect).
