Don’t know how the food is. Whenever I pickup a DoorDash order from here service is always poor. Tonight, I stood and waited for over 5 minutes, not a huge issue by itself but during that 5 minutes multiple servers walked past me, made eye contact with me, and completely ignored me. And 5 minutes after that I check the to go shelf (the one I was standing DIRECTLY next to) and it’s been sitting there for a few minutes. Someone came out, saw me standing next to the to go shelves, and still just left the order with no interaction with me whatsoever. Embarrassing behavior by your staff. Why are they all acting like children who are scared to talk to their parents?

We went in for a late lunch. The place had 5 servers, and a food runner. The total tables was 7 with one being an 8 top. Our server didn't have the 8 top he just had 2 tables both are three tops. Took 10 minutes to be greeted, and didn't seem he cared too much. He took our drink order, and the food runner brought our drinks. Server come back, and took the food order, and that is the last we saw him till we had to wait to pay him. The food was not good, and half cold. I use to manage an Italian restaurant, and this place was a total disappointment. The place has a neat atmosphere just the staff could care less. I don't remember his name, but the food runner guy was on point, and had to get us our Togo boxes , and drink refills. This is the last I try this place, and do not recommend to anyone. I expect more from Blooming Brands.
Update. In all honesty, most everyone can cook at home. So my big thing is the service. We have been going here for several years because of the awesome service. Our regular server is Adam T. He is on top of everything. Once he has our order. The drinks and meals just flow almost magically. Adam is so attentive that our drink refills are at our table before we realize they are low.
Adam also knows what we usually order. So if I get to talking much with my spouse and forget to order something. It is Adam to the rescue and asks if you want that chicken for your cats, and of course I do. He is so wonderful. We appreciate him greatly.
That being said about Adam. We have to say how awesome Ted is as well. Ted's service is equal to Adam's service without a doubt. If Adam is not available and Ted is he is the person to go to also. Ted always stops by to quickly say hi and asks about our well being and day. Which is I find wonderfully engaging.
Both of these gentlemen are personable. We adore them both. I have been doing these reviews every time I come here. I just did them on the emails i receive from Carabas. I never thought to do these on Google. So here is my Google review for two of the best servers we have had at Carabas. Thank you, Adam and Ted, for always making us feel like a king and queen.

crystal served me the best mozzarella sticks ever, they were hot and fresh, and when i come in i always get so excited when she is my server!!! she always gives me the most epic service!!! i will definitely be coming back soon, she always makes my entire day and smile when i come in
