Update: came into Carrabba's again 8-21-25. The food was delicious & fresh like always! Our waitress, Mariah, was AMAZING! She was friendly & outgoing, plus a great sense of humor. Our drinks were replenished often, everything brought out in a timely manner, and checked on us often. I highly recommend this location and if you can request Mariah, she's the best server!
My fiance took me to Carrabba's a couple years ago. It was delicious. The food presentation is always on point. It's fresh & piping hot. The staff are friendly! Every experience I've had this far, is amazing. We will continue to eat at this restaurant. They have vegetarian options too!I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful server. She apologized for the delay in ordering because we could tell there was only a few people staffed. Oddly the restaurant only had about 20 people, maybe 10 tables, concerning at 6pm. The pasta was either undercooked or bad. Ordered the shrimp scallops and so disappointed. This is definitely not the Carrabba's we're are use to. Best of luck to this location. We hope for a turn around.

The carryout and delivery staff really need retraining the past 3 orders I don't get bread with dinners, butter, cutlery, everything tossed in bag definitely will not order again

Marie was wonderful, patient, and listened to a story about our loved one who passed, then brought out a slice of cake with a candle to celebrate him. It meant the world and her thoughtfulness was just as appreciated as the great service.

We placed a To-Go order Memorial Day evening for pick up at the Brooklyn, Ohio location. Food was ready when I arrived, with the exception of the bread, but attendant brought that out in a matter of minutes (cue happy face!) I love that To-Go orders don’t have to sacrifice on the things I like the best about Carrabba’s…there’s a tiny little packet of dipping oil included along with seasonings, even! The food was incredibly good, and the extra sauce included with the Chicken Bryan totally hit the spot (should have requested the same with the Steak Marsala). Carrabba’s just keeps getting it right! My only complaint is that we treated ourselves to Tiramisu for dessert…for the cost ($10) I expected more than a tiny little 2x2 square. It was delicious, but not $10 delicious, especially when shared (as desserts often are).
A restaurant to enjoy with family. The food is always great. Our server Jomar was very attentive, very polite and friendly. Although he was a first time server, he did an amazing job with us.
