I can confidently say I will NEVER order food from here again. My first time ever getting food here and man do I ever regret it. Making this review from the toilet right now….230am it was throwing up not it’s non stop diarrhea. Something was definitely not right with the food.

This is my first time buying from this place. Everything was dry and burnt. Disgusting, No flavor literally had to throw away my food. NEVER EVER buying from them again. Then I tried calling to let them know my food was burnt and the person on the phone arguing with me telling me it’s not burnt, like I have a picture of your dry, burnt ribs. NEVER AGAIN..

This place is ridiculous! I should have known by the reviews. I called tonight to order at 11:25, seeing as they close at 12am according to Google. The lady who answered was extremely rude! In a big rush and said “we have no rice” right away. What kind of Chinese restaurant doesn’t have rice?? I’ve never heard of that in my life. Then I give her my order and she says “how fast can you be here?!??”, I said in 5-10 minutes. She then informs me that they close at 11:30. I said “well according to your Google page you close at 12am”. I told her to forget the order and I will never call back.

First impressions are everything and you guys failed. It looks like you don’t really care either about how your potential customers feel either. Based off your continuous reviews of being rude. If I were you I’d be concerned about that because without your customers you have no business. So I’d be a little more respectful. Also, seeing as there are manny many other Chinese restaurants in the area. I ordered somewhere else and they happily took my order. Also, very polite and respectful.

If you don’t mind being talked to like garbage keep ordering here.

By the way this was a Thursday, which is stated online they close at 12:00am. Actually, no days say they close at “11:30” like the lady claimed. I should have been petty and still told them I wanted it and never came to pick it up.

This is my 2nd favorite Chinese spot. Food is majority of the time the bomb!

The location... ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! It's in a tight spot to the left of dollar general. AND, they have the nerve to be on a corner at that. I DESPISE driving here, but the food IS worth it.

Knocked off 2 stars for service because 1) I like ALL my food to be in the Chinese pint or Qt size container. Otherwise, what's the point in ordering Chinese when I have the same black storage containers at home for meal prep? Don't crush the vibe I'm trynna create... lol. 2) Not sure if I'm just a weirdo, have OCD, or whatever, but I prefer to use a spoon when ordering rice. I know at my favorite Chinese spot they give you both or ask during pickup while double checking the order. These 2 issues are also something I come across during delivery as well. There's all this mustard and hot sauce that NO ONE uses yet 1 or 2 soy sauce packs. Then you can't even ask for extra packets if ordering online. I'm paid like $15 for this... imma need some sauce PLEASE!!!

Have been a faithful customer for over 15 years and have always been happy with the food until today. I placed the order for delivery at 3:50 & was told 30-40 minutes. After 1 hour it showed up cold, not the usually hot way. The Hot & Spicy beef was a pile of shredded onion, green pepper & carrots and only a few pieces of thinly cut beef. I've ordered this dish before and never was dissatisfied. The Szechuan shrimp had a weird taste possibly from the spoiled looking broccoli that was cut in unusual smaller than normal pieces but you could clearly see the broccoli was yellow and mushy again I've ordered this before and know what it should look & taste like. The Hot & Sour soup was fine. The egg roll was definitely not fresh & was cold. Paid $45 for this and most of it went in the garbage. I couldn't bring myself to calling and complaining because I felt it wouldn't matter. Guess I'll be looking for a new Chinese restaurant.

I felt so uncomfortable , I can sense the irritation , and discrimination amongst these ppl. The dining room was cold , no trash can . The lady made up a price when I asked for a side of mushroom, and then another young man looked at me as if I couldn’t afford a pop. He flipped my card back and forth like it wasn’t mine. PSA : I promise there are black ppl that are friendly , and want to give you their money and service .

These people are the absolute greatest owners ever , the food is fantastic and the owners are so nice and hospitable. The owner just made a special delivery for me as they had no driver , I didn't mind waiting for the driver to get in for an hour but they decided to make a special trip. That's why I've been going there for the last 5 years

Best wonton soup around! But omg the lady behind the counter just ruined this place for me... ordered online via a website I didn't keep up... went in to pick up my food gave my name and lady wanted to see the order... gave me an attitude n was rude af when I only had the text from them... why the ask for names when ordering if u wanna see the order!!!! Best wonton soup or not, I'll go to China wok to avoid attitudes

Terrible. I door dashed our dinner. And I was missing a full meal. Then call the restaurant, and the lady talks over me as I'm trying to tell her I was missing a meal. She just kept yelling, "I put it in the bag!'' ohh okay well maybe not in my bag can I come pick up my missing order? And she then says "no I'm not giving it to you, I know I put it in the bag" well guess what it wasn't in the bag. The door dasher didn't steal my food.... Learn to have better customer service and maybe a little more kindness! Or close down if you don't have time to deal with these kind of issues!! ✌?

The lady that took the order was VERY rude and hung up on me because I had to change the order, get food, no condiments and the food was bland. Just moved to the west side. I think I will stick to Number 1 express in Warrensville Hts., much friendlier and the food is ALWAYS awesome. This place is low grade, compared!! Straight bland with just plain fried rice! No broccoli, egg, carrots... nothing!!! And I asked for an eggroll, which I never received. Customer service sucks at this place and the food is bland. Back to the East I go for good Chinese food! I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog!
