Nothing but a disappointment here. Ordering through the chipotle app and picking up at this chipotlane is a rip off! This is just the most recent experience I’ve had, but even the multiple orders I placed in the mobile app for pickup at the chipotlane before this were just as bad.. this is the worst though.. you’ll always get less than half of the portions you’re supposed to get and less than half of the bowl filled when you don’t go inside and order it while they are in front of you yourself! This bowl is supposed to have a EXTRA chicken AND EXTRA steak, EXTRA white rice, EXTRA cheese and EXTRA sour cream (refer to my picture of my order). My bowl should be overflowing or filled to the rim AT LEAST! This is what my bowl looked like when I opened it! It looks like someone ate almost half or at least a third of the bowl! AND/OR put their fingers in it, you literally can see their finger lines! For almost a $17 dollar order this is just a slap in the face and no where near worth the price I paid for! BEWARE!

Highly disappointed mostly in the staff everyone had an attitude like they hated being there No smile no greeting the customer in fact the manager looked at me and asked me what do you want with such a sarcastic tone I don't know if it's because I was in uniform as an officer for what their issue is I asked for double meat on carnita bowls I was charged for it didn't get it what little she put on there was definitely not double when I asked for my law enforcement discount because we ordered so much I was refused . I tried my best to be friendly and got nothing but sarcasm side-eyed looks highly doubt myself or any of my officers will ever visit this establishment again. The day shift manager or whoever's in charge of management please work on your customer service mostly highly disappointed

Poor management! How do you run out of white and brown rice at the same time. As you are spooning the rice into bowls or burritos you see you’re getting low! After you wait in line for your turn for 15 minutes now you have to wait another 15 minutes for rice!

I had to take 2 days to calm down from my most recent experiences at this chipotle. My job is across the street and apart from Panera this is the healthiest alternative if I don’t bring lunch. I have been to this establishment twice this week and both times were awful. Earlier this week I went on my lunch break and ordered in person. No one knew or could give exact details on what was and wasn’t included in the quesadilla meal. And all the workers had serious attitudes when it came to customers of color. But bright smiles to palm colored folks. And I ignored it the first time just thought it was an off day. I genuinely dislike bringing race into it. But then on Thursday July 17th I ordered online. I got to this chipotle a little earlier than expected by like 2 minutes so I was expecting to wait. Went in with a smile on my face was instantly greeted with another nasty acting worker. With attitude she said to me, “what are you waiting on a mobile pick up order” which I didn’t think was towards me because she didn’t even look at me. Then she says, yeah you are you waiting for a pick up order” with a mug on her face. I say yes. She goes and immediately grabs it from the back and throws the bag in my hand without even looking me in the eye. Whilst a customer who was already there, and palm colored, she graciously looked in the eye and smiled, she says with the most polite tone “oh your order will be right up” Again I chose to ignore this and try to shake it off! But then I sat down to eat my quesadilla at work. Thank god I don’t just dig in and devour. I got 2 bites in and when I went to rip the 3rd piece off there was a big chunk of plastic in my quesadilla. Overall I’m so disappointed with customer service, the lack of a quality check to make sure there aren’t pieces of plastic in their meat. It also means they weren’t paying attention while making the order because the piece is too big not to be noticed.

Change your end time to 10pm if you can't uphold the customer's satisfaction. We understand food varies towards the end of the night but with that in consideration; I don't like hearing that your restaurant closes at 11pm and can't provide a general meal by 10 pm. Fix it within 2 months.

Iv given this spot 3 chances because I didn't want to post negatively. However., all three times they didn't have a basic menu iteam for my order either no protein a vegetable or chips and when I waited for chips I got an old bag pulled from the back full of the stalest chips iv ever tried. The disregard and rude interaction at the register was the icing on the cake. However getting to hear about the interpersonal relationships at such a loud volume from employees helped the 30 min wait in line behind only 3 other people go that much more dreadful.
