This is the most disgusting chipotle! I have gone to one other got food poisoning but that place couldn’t even hide the putrid taste of old chicken from yesterday, fajitas had so much salt! Oh and I have food poisoning again ! Just shut chipotle down all together this place is disgusting, you’ve convinced me I’ll never return to chipotle again!

The lobby was a mess trash all over floorsThey had no chips or cheeseNo lettuce for the bowls no steak over all not impress the employees we’re taking about personal business instead of greeting customers not very friendly at allThis was at 7 pm how do you stay open till 11 with no steak or lettuceThis is not the first time this has happen at this location

The staff here have the worse attitudes ! I asked for fajita, she said that’s all we got and added three peppers to my bowl. I then asked if I could wait for them to get done and the other staff member told the cook to give her the fajitas, “ I don’t care if they are done or not, I’m not dealing with this today”. I then asked to buy a side of vinaigrette and was told there was none because they would have to make it. My husband went in immediately after me, order a salad and was given vinaigrette! They act as if you are not paying for the food you a requesting. They also make you feel like a burden for ordering the food you will pay for ! If we didn’t support this company, how would they expect to get paid?!
Food was fresh and they had all the ingredients I wanted. I gave 4 stars because of 50¢ for a tortilla to layer the bowl. If the bowl wasn't cardboard maybe customers wouldn't order the tortilla. I order the tortilla because I don't like the cardboard taste with my food.
Dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in! When we ordered our food they didn’t get any right. Horrible attitude.If I owed this I would be outraged!

It was terrible not one table was cleaned off and you stand in line for 20 minutes and then they tell you no more meet for 30 minutes and the lady said if the meat was burnt they will eat it anyway

Was going to feel bad about leaving a bad review because I don’t want to get anyone win trouble but clearly it wouldn’t matter anyways, everyone’s complaining. This is on management, hold your crew accountable. They shouldn’t be pre-closing the front in front of a line of people at 9PM. The line wasn’t moving slow with the one making up the food however that would be fine if they weren’t out of everything. Chips, Rice. You’re open til you’re not so you may as well work. If your employees don’t want to do the work pay them more and keep the ones who do what you ask. Can’t put this all on them but you guys need to figure out what is causing this or you’ll go nowhere. You have good product you just need a better team or a better motivated team to sell that product.
