Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I understand it's not fast food, but the service was slow and it took a very long time to even be asked about drinks. The food was okay, but it was delivered in a careless way, it did not separate everyone's order. They lumped certain things together like biscuits, and I would have preferred everyone's order remain separate.

Good hometown place with a rustic atmosphere and great service. The decor is an old style mix. It has a fireplace in the dining room for a very relaxed, enjoyable experience. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. Take the family. You won't regret it

Great store to get fancy (and tasty) root-beers.

Went here to grab dinner after leaving the Cleveland Zoo and had an absolutely delicious dinner.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Cracker Barrel. My food was served cold, and my waiter never returned to check on my table until it was time to bring the bill—and even then, he left before I could say anything. This was especially disheartening because this is one of my favorite locations, and I visit often.

My casserole was burnt and dried out, which should have been noticed before being served. I also requested over-hard eggs but received them over-easy instead, and my Impossible meat was overcooked. On a positive note, my fried apples were delicious.

I would like to recognize the cashier for her excellent service. She was efficient, kind, and attentive. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the meal, she immediately asked if I’d like to speak with a manager and even offered a credit for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated her professionalism and care.

I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of food and service, as Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorite places to dine.

I would never eat there. And never will. These people are part of the problem.

Enjoy everything I have ever ordered. Staff always friendly and helpful, Do not change anything especially the logo or inside of restaurant. Love the inside as is.

I love Cracker Barrel but it seems to be going down a bit. Service was lacking, the blueberry pancakes were raw batter where the blueberries were, suppose to get blueberry syrup got regular, server brought out biscuits and gravy in a basket with no small plates, etc not sure if I will be back.

Had the chicken pot pie, Sundays only, very little chicken in it or anything else. Granddaughters had the chicken pot pie soup same thing not much of anything in it. We will stay with breakfast foods that is the best 👌

food taste was 4.5...service (Norma) was excellent 6.0...my table was horizontal to window instead of vertical and though I asked for a window table I preferred a vertical to the window table. the sun blinded me so that I couldn't see my friend for the sun.

Parking: plenty of parking not too far from entrance.

Kid-friendliness: Okay for eating, a lot of distractions for children and some are breakable.
