I love Cracker Barrel but it seems to be going down a bit. Service was lacking, the blueberry pancakes were raw batter where the blueberries were, suppose to get blueberry syrup got regular, server brought out biscuits and gravy in a basket with no small plates, etc not sure if I will be back.

Had the chicken pot pie, Sundays only, very little chicken in it or anything else. Granddaughters had the chicken pot pie soup same thing not much of anything in it. We will stay with breakfast foods that is the best 👌

food taste was 4.5...service (Norma) was excellent 6.0...my table was horizontal to window instead of vertical and though I asked for a window table I preferred a vertical to the window table. the sun blinded me so that I couldn't see my friend for the sun.
Parking: plenty of parking not too far from entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Okay for eating, a lot of distractions for children and some are breakable.

The service was slow. It took more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged and seated by the host. She apologized and said that she had to go to the restroom. Once we were seated, it took about 5 minutes for the server to take our drink order. About 3-5 minutes to bring out drinks and take our food order. Then, almost 25 minutes before we saw our server again & for the food to arrive. The order was incomplete and incorrect. The balance of the order arrived when we were halfway through our meal. She delivered the bill, and we never saw her again. She was nice, but wasn't really present.

It's a nice place but don't go if you have a big party and no reservations. They told us they could accommodate seating for 10 and gave us a table that sat 8. Instead of allowing us to put a second table they were snarky and brushed us off stating it's a fire hazard. FIVE MINUTES LATER another big group came in and put two tables together and the staff didn't say anything to them. We immediately got up and left. Can't judge the food but the staff made the trip not worth returning. If we wanted to sit separately we would've went to different restaurants.

I love the wait list online, makes it easier to get a table when you get there and you can look in the shop and hangout before getting called through the over head speaker, so that's cool. And the food was great but they were running out of dessert and the dessert we did get wasn't house made and nothing special. But the service was good. Thank you, definitely will return. The southern chicken was great and the mac and cheese and greens was awesome, all entrees were tasty!

The country ham was very very salty & dry! The grits were flavorless, whatever that gravy was? Was flavorless as well smh. They need some cooks that care and take pride in what they're serving

Came in to collect my birthday cake, and even though it was put on the receipt, the cake wasn't delivered to the table or added to our bag at check-out. Rather poor customer service.

Me and my son dined in. First I was given a basket with two biscuits that was frozen. Never touched an oven. And then I was given some over easy eggs that had quite a bit of eggshells in them. My son's pancakes were cold where he couldn't even spread the butter on them. My food was remade but at that point I was over the whole visit. I went across the street and got Fridays for carryout. Lastly, i think the manager that handled this situation should have offered me something, either a giftcard for me and my son to come back, or take the bad meals off my bill, and she offered neither.

We placed our order and waited over an hour. Finally, the waitress came over and told us our order got lost. So we reorder. Then she brought me the wrong order. She corrected it. Then gave me a bill. that was higher than my food.

Waited almost 45 minutes next to the host stand, which is what we were quoted initally, and understandable for a Sunday. After 35 minutes and watching 2 separate parties of the same size (5 or 6) get seated before us. I asked where we were on the list one time, and was told I was third on the list. I asked a second time after waiting, and was told it would be almost another 25 minutes. We left after that. Very disappointing.
