We have been here about 20 minutes, no cookies yet, the 2 employees said they didn't know how to make them, they were new, and offered chocolate instead, which is not what we drove here for :( they're watching the screens trying to learn now. We placed our pick order at 7:59. Left at 9:05. Will not be returning
Ordered the Biscoff ice cream cookie which amazing and than got the caramel pumpkin cake cookie which they brought out fresh from the oven hot the frosting completely melted and everywhere in the box melted if they just had communicated better I would have sat and waited or just asked them to change it out for another
