Just came thru this location at 1145pm and had the very best customer service from a young man named Sincere. Sincere was literally the only employee working tonight due to someone not showing up for work. Even with being the only person working he was friendly and had our order ready quickly. Hoping the District Manager for this location will see this and give Sincere the recognition that he deserves.

Looks like a nice new building. Being open 24 hours at the drive thru is a huge plus for me, since I drive a lot at night and gas station coffee is not so great. The girl at the drive thru this Friday evening was extremely nice, friendly. Good staff members are hard to come by, and this girl was a good one.

I am always disappointed with my order. I never go and say anything cause there's always a line indoors and drive-thru. I hate my drink is never stirred and my bagel with cream cheese is either not toasted enough or barely any cream cheese. The next dunkin is out of the way so it's why I come here...overall the cashiers are nice though.

Every day I get a extra large hot coffee and two turkey sausage, egg and cheese wraps Double cooked,,,,,,Everyday I have to give the bag Back so they can Finish cooking my wrap !!!! ?

I know Dunkin is a very busy place most times, but it seems like no matter the amount of people, the wait is always long and the staff is always short (including short tempered). I went through the drive through and several times had to repeat my order several times, the person taking my order(female, short hair, glasses) appeared to be upset and was visibly rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing. as I pulled up to the window, I could see and hear her complaining about me because I asked for a moment to see the menu which had not been changed back to the menu items from the previous customers order. The person at the window seemed so frazzled and apologized .I was upset but I tipped anyways, as I got to my destination, I realized that besides the coffee , my order was all wrong , this has happened several times, even after repeating my order at the speaker and window. I guess I need to start thoroughly checking the order when received, but it would be nice if some of the people there were better trained and had an attitude adjustment.Parking: There is a few spaces on the side of the building, they also recently added additional spaces in the back where most of the employees park.

I ordered a latte, sandwich and an apple fritter today and my fritter was RAW. Chewy, smelled like dough, just raw. I thought it was just the underside and didn't check the restI called to tell the staff/manager about it and they asked me to return before 4pm and I was unable to. I took it home and figured I'd just throw it in the oven.After I figured it was done I took it out to eat and the whole thing was still raw. Chewy, stretchy, and smelled like dough. I could understand if part of it was undercooked, but this is ridiculous. Never eating here again.

No matter how long the drive thru is it seems to take 20 minutes and then you get to the speaker and they ask you to wait longer before you order. Workers have attitudes and argue with each other and are unprofessional. Meanwhile Starbucks services 7-8 vehicle while I'm simply waiting to order.
