This was not my first time here but it may have been my last. I started with dessert which was the fried cheesecake...as I got ready to eat the second part there was hair under the whipped topping. I any hair. They made me another one to go which should have been free of charge. They did take it off the bill but the problem was that I was even asked did I want it taken off when it should have been comped due to the hair. The chicken wings were delicious...the steak wrap and chicken wrap were huge...not too much flavor but they were edible enough. I would get them again. The drinks were delicious had an octopus margarita

Service was great, until there were staff changes. The new bartenders are blah. Seriously why change something that is working just fine! Ell and Pam were just fine, why change it??

We were staying at the Fairfield Inn behind the restaurant and received a recommendation from the concierge. The service was quick and friendly. The food was authentic, fresh, and delicious. I had the elote and barrillia tacos and my SO had the nachos. The food came quick and was perfection. I also indulged in a strawberry banana margarita. Perfection! We will return on our next trip to Cleveland.

El palenque is a great spot for Mexican cuisines. We ordered the spicy grilled burrito and el palenque. (Didn't get any pics, We was hungry!) And a pitcher of magarita! I loved the spicy grilled burrito and will definitely that again or try the jalapeno burrito next time! Til next time, El palenque! 👍👍🔥🔥

La Palenque Mexican Restaurant was a huge letdown. The food arrived cold and missing several items, which is unacceptable. The quality felt low, and the overall experience was very disappointing. When I reached out to the restaurant, the staff was unhelpful and had an attitude. Plus, the prices are way too high for what you get. I won’t be coming back!

Used to be our go to place to eat. The last three times have been awful. Burrito filled with onion instead of meat, in a burrito that never had onions. Another with tomatoes that never had it before. Carnitas taste like salt. Disappointing. .

Hands down some of the most amazing food I've ever had! My enchiladas were incredible. I left wishing we had one in Colorado Springs where I'm from. I even ate my leftovers for dinner, and I'm NOT a dinner/lunch type of food for breakfast kind of person at all, but it was SO good and I wasn't letting that go to waste! The price was great too! Too bad y'all aren't in Colorado. 😔
The food was horrible and the waitress was distracted and she never came back. The food was dry and blend. Thats nit the worst part I ordered Barria Tacos and it was the saddest tacos in the world. My mom had chicken tacos to say the least we all went to chipotle across the street. Please don’t waste your money with these people
