My friends and I walked in around 11:30 ish last night were greeted by an amazing staff. Fortunately we got the names of them Eli and Tiffany. They went out of there way to make sure everything was amazing and we had a great experience. They had some good jokes and the pizza was amazing. They gave me an estimated time of 10-15 minutes and it came out in 15. Eli and Tiffany were single handedly one of the best two-person crew I have seen due to the way they handle customers, and get there work done. We know how much of a pain it is when customers walk in near closing hours, but they knocked everything we ordered out with no problem. 10/10 experience will come back.

Absolutely horrible service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never actually received my food. I received a delivery confirmation and called the restaurant stating I did not get my order. They said the driver knocked on the door and attempted to call (which rang once, if this was even the call because it was from an unknown number). My family was outside decorating and no one arrived. The woman on the phone hung up on me so another family member called back to get an update. Upon explaining that their tracking may be incorrect the woman began yelling at me that her tracking wasn’t wrong and she watched as the driver was at my house and they would return after completing another order. We attempted to explain again they were not at the correct house and eventually just hung up because of the irate employee. We never received the order (of course) because they were not going to the correct location and would not take any support in finding the correct location. Unfortunately, this was a huge inconvenience because we were hosting family for the day and had to feed many hungry guests hours late with frozen pizzas.
I'm sick of how inconsistent this place is, it's like they go out of their way to not follow instructions.

This is like the best Pizza place ever in Cleveland 😍❤️👏 it should be ranked #1 They have a great team and they are friendly with customers making everything even better. Keep it up guys!

This was the worse pizza I’ve ever received. We ordered “well done” and got this sloppy doughy mess. The dough wasn’t even throughly cooked all the way through. Pizza wasn’t even cut properly. We had to rip the pieces apart. Obviously we called in and explained this wasn’t our 1st time having a bad experience at this same Marcos. I talked to the manager but he obviously didn’t understand what “well done” means. That’s basic common sense in cooking. You shouldn’t be a manager if you don’t understand these simple terms. Another thing why isn’t these pizzas being checked before they’re giving out to the customers? After speaking to the supposed manger he offered to credit my account but I explained he can’t keep it cause I won’t be coming back EVER AGAIN! He needs to work on his customer service service and communication skills very poor.

Well let's start off with the walk in...... Employee screaming at the manager ( I presume) while the waiting area is full of customers. Manager handled it well. I had to drive to the location after getting delivery because they forgot all the sauces I paid for. The only part of my meal that was good was the cheese bread. The subs were soggy and barely anything on the, the pizza was a grease bowl and the sauce on the pizza tasted very off. Will not be returning and I've been going to this location for 10+ years.

I don't know who you have answering the phones but you need to teach them some manners and about customer service!! I called at 10pm and it says you close at 11:30 and when I called about ordering i get an attitude and saying you stopped taking orders. I know it was late but I had surgery yesterday and my husband was called into work for a few hours and I cant drive right now. I was going to tip the driver a 100 because I felt bad it was late. It's ok though because Pizza Hut was happy to take my order and the driver couldn't believe I handed him a 100 for helping me out. My family would order take out from you guys at least 10 times a month but not no more!! I'll take my money somewhere else!! I worked in the service industry for 19 years I would of NEVER talked to anyone like that!!!

The delivery drivers they use are terrible, they use a 3rd party system that gives you updates but the service doesn’t work, I got an update saying my order was delivered but I hadn’t received it 10-15min I get my order I get my order and it’s clear my pizza was dropped and on the app they don’t have anything to report issues

I Love coming and getting my favorite type of Pizza here which is the White Cheesy! Although there have been times where I have had to go back Management has always been great. They have seen amd recognized the mistakes made and given me a new Pizza. NOT many places accept their faults. Customer Service has always been great here whether it isanagement or not. The parking area isn't lit too well so I don't like going there alone due to hard economic times. You never know what can happen
Marcos still is a great place to eat. At least this particular one for me. Hope everyone enjoys as much as I do.
Worst marcos pizza. The food is under cooked and sloppy. Every single time it never fails.
