I just picked up a pizza and got grease all over myself and my car. I can’t upload a picture but it’s literally insane the amount of grease that spilled out of the boxes. My jacket and passengers seat are ruined. There was a puddle of grease on my seat. The entire outside bottom of the box was dripping grease. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care. I’m pretty sure he was the one that box the order. Him or the girl watching cartoons at the front counter. It was disgusting! The food and the customer service. This place is trash.

The person that answered the phone was mentally slow I told them my phone number because I was calling on my son's phone and he put my son's number and he also said when I said my name James this dumb dude said how do you spell that I don't recall hearing a James spelt other than

So we eat here. A lot. Maybe three times a month. Always take out. And for the most part it’s good. Today, we just had a bad experience. Ordered two pizzas, two pizzolis, and a salad. One pizza and the salad were not made like I had requested. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home. We asked for no bacon and also to add olives and onions on the all meat pizza, along with thin crust. It appeared to be made as just a regular all meat pizza, without any of the requested changes. The salad had tomatos, but we had requested no tomatoes and no peppers, at least they left peppers off. There have been a few times they’ve been super busy and we have waited additional time to get our food, and I know everyone here works their behind off, but so do I. And today was not a good day for me. I was supposed to make a baked ziti dish at home, but yard work put me way behind. I just wanted some pizzas and such as an easy dinner and was looking forward to the all meat pizza with the requested changes, and was just disappointed with today’s order. I didn’t even eat any of the salad, but my Wife did. Sure they almost always get it right here (like 98%-99% of the time, I say that since sometimes our pizzas are ready, but not our salad, so I’ve had to wait for that to be made more than once, which seems odd to have the pizzas just sitting there waiting for something that should just be chilling in the fridge) and I rarely say anything or complain, but today just wasn’t a good day, so here is my review.

Place is garbage all across .
Starting with the food , then the smell of the place , the attention to customer, the quality of employees, is just a shtole. Worst pizza place . I vistes 3 times because I didn’t believe the first time that a pizza place can be so bad , but yes each one of those three times where one worst that the other one .

They turn off their online orders as they fee for regardless how busy they are… tried calling 4 different times each time being 5 minutes before I was hung up on. Who ever manages this store on wendsday nights is an ABSOLUTE joke. Complete mockery to the pizza industry.

The prices,or "Deals" that are advertised very deceptive. You need to 'pick up' to get a price-either that or it's 'online only'
I'm getting tired of these corporate loopholes that stick it to the customer-most of the time without them even Realizing their credit card was charged $50 instead of $25!?
But Legally, they can say it's my fault because I didn't read the fine print.

Vegetarian options: I don't eat meat often BUT I DO ❤️Cheese On That. And Marcos cheese is the best
