Slow. 30+ minutes for a mobile order. I ordered 10 nuggets and 2 large fries. Got the nuggets and 1 fries. Asked for the 2nd one. The sauces were not in the bag, when I asked for some, one dude acted like I shouldn't ask for it.

Food was undercooked. Wait time was lengthy... kind of weird to consider. Ordered deluxe quarter pound with cheese it was raw in the middle and only had mayo & lettuce on it. First time in years since I ate at McDonald's it was 10:30 at night.

Snowy cold morning, stopped for an egg mcmuffin and sausage mcmuffin with egg. An egg mcmuffin is a round patty. I got scrambled folded over. (See pics) I don't like scrambled is why I get the egg McMuffin. Not sure what was happening at the store but it wasn't busy and took 8 min.to get up to the window. Its okay, Merry 🎄 Christmas!

they have done a great job the last few times I have gone through!
They stole money from me. I was charged & taxed for a med fry I did not order or want. They refunded the price of the fry but not the tax I was charged. They claimed they could not reimburse the tax on a credit card purchase & could only do that had I paid cash but would not reimburse me in cash since I used a credit card. How many others have been robbed, I must wonder?

11/25/25, visit at 7:31pm and order a BigMac using 6000 points. Arrived home to find sandwich with little lettuce with small mac sauce on one side. Called to advise and ask if i can to pick up a replacement for the next day as I arrived home at 8pm. Called Spoke and spoke with male manager who stated that was not possible and I would need to pick up same night Advise if an exception can be made to the the above facts and he refused. Asked for district info and proceeded to say he did not know. Ask for the GM and stated Melissa will be in the am. Asked for his name and he disconntected the call. I called back and no answer.

Absolutely horrible! Every time I go there is always a problem with my order! They get it wrong almost all the time. I got handed hash browns that did not order. The lady at the window claims she asked me if I got the hash browns.. I said no it wasn't me. She insisted it was me. I did not ask for hash browns. So I finally get the correct order and I get home.. get my coffee and guess what?? it was just water with cream! Like she didn't do that on purpose. Also, if you dare ask for a tray for the coffee you will get a dirty look from her! Never going there again. I don't mind if they are nice when they get an order wrong but the lady at the second window though . Very unpleasant and rude. Time was 730 am
