Ordered on the app for front counter only got a mcchicken and a large coke got the chicken waiting for my cup for exactly 5 minutes politely asked for a large cup and the employee tried to hand me a large McCafé cup and I asked for a large fountain drink cup he pointed to large and said it says large when another employee handed me the right cup like okayyy

These jerks will screw your order up on a regular basis. This is the worst McDonald's in Cuyahoga County. They regularly fail to complete orders, ignore special (ALLERGY RELATED) instructions often resulting in the food that arrives being inedible, and even CROSS OFF items from your order list and act like they can still keep the money you paid for those items. They should be shut down.
Dietary restrictions: Beware. They don't care at ALL if you asked for an ingredient to be left out due to allergies. It'll still be there when you open up the order. They are perfectly fine with risking a customer needing a trip to the E.R. If you have dietary restrictions, AVOID THIS LOCATION.

There's no reason for your night manager to not know how to process a refund. If you're still learning, you shouldn't be a manager. Who is teaching you??? The only people who seem to care and KNOW how to process a refund are the crew members that were working.
