I work very close to this location and was hoping I could hop in, grab a sandwhich, enjoy the sandwich and be back to work within 30m . I tried once before which was a fail I wanted to believe it would have been a fluke. It definitely wasnt, it took 30m for one sandwich only three people waiting. I gave two stars only because when I finally got my sandwich it was good. This location really needs someone to keep the ball rolling, one person doing it all isnt enough. You put in the kiosk to remove someone from register duty, why do you only have one person making all the food???

Horribly slow service. I placed a pick up order. The app gave a time that the order would be ready which was perfectly in the realm of an acceptable time frame. That time came and went. I arrived to pick up the order as I get a message that says they are running behind. The staff were more interested in their personal conversations talking about personal life issues while actually stopping their work to face each other and talk over top of the customers food being prepared.

NEVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE POORLY MADE TURKEY AND CHEDDAR. SINCE WHEN DO YOU USE 12 SLICES OF TURKEY VERY SMALL BREAD , SLOPPED WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MAYO NO PICKLE AND CHIPS.

Everything was great! The only two small things that could improve is that the Mac n Cheese was very soft, almost too soft which means it may have been overcooked. The second thing I found to be more of a nuisance than anything was the two old men that were yelling at each other over a board game. I have no clue what the game was but it was way too “passionately played” for being grown men. Other than that everything was fantastic! The service was speedy and the food was good. I look forward to coming back soon!

This is my second time ordering at this location. The first order was online and it was incorrect. I just left it alone. This time I again ordered online, I went to the same place I picked up my first order, the ledge in front of where they are making food. I was there a few minutes because I received notification my order was ready. There were 3 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. Then a young man walked up next to me and was immediately acknowledged and helped by one of the three behind the counter. After a couple more minutes someone finally asked me if I was waiting for an order and that was when I was told about a shelf unit around the corner out of sight where my order had been sitting. Customer service is terrible at this location.

I stood at the counter for several minutes while several employees, including the manager, continued side conversations. The sandwich counter had a sign saying the register was closed and to go to the bakery counter to order. That is where I was standing. The manager eventually acknowledged me and asked if I wanted to order something and I said yes. She told me she could help me over at the sandwich counter so I moved back over to the place that had the closed sign. The interaction made me feel like it was my fault that I had to wait so long to be acknowledged because I was at the wrong counter but I was at the counter I was directed to by the signs. The restaurant was not busy and all I needed was a drink. Overall this was a very poor and unwelcoming experience.

The energy of the staff in here is almost always pretty low, but today I think I figured out why. The woman who I can only assume is the manager from her red lipstick and graying hair was berating employees while putting together orders to get out, which felt pretty unprofessional to watch. But worse yet, before I left I went to grab a cookie from the front POS and while getting rung out, the manager, who was texting in sight of the cafe from the back, caught an attitude with a woman who was clearly frustrated with having to wait to pick up her to-go order. No other employees acknowledged the customer and I’m not sure how long she was waiting, but this manager put her phone down and told the customer she had “just walked away” and she “couldn’t have been waiting that long” when she was just there. After handing the customer her food she said “I hope you have the day you deserve” and it was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. If that’s the attitude you’re leading with, no wonder the customer service here is so bad and the tables are always dirty. I get that it’s Panera and it’s fast food, but do better.

This used to be my Uber Eats store because I love the four cheese souffle and they seemed to pack the food better and were accurate with orders compared to the Lakewood or Eastside locations (lots of trial and error). This is my third bad order in a month where I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. They substituted bacon souffle for four-cheese all three orders. I'm a vegetarian and can't eat bacon. The store gives no option to put notes or give dietary restrictions in the app, unlike other stores. But come on, never subsitute a meat item for non-meat item! This time, I ordered even eariler in the morning for better chance, but nope. And other items were missing each time. No iced coffee or fruit and yogurt parfait this time, and the banana was half rotten. I've started ordering extra items in hopes that I'll at least have something to eat when it arrives. No quality assurance. Maybe it is new staffing that needs trained. But I'll go to another store now. The Uber Eats driver is also to blame somewhat, but bags are usually sealed up for safety purposes and hard to confirm. So it is on the restaurant.

The lady with red hair at the register, who took my order was extremely rude. We left immediately, didn’t even want to eat anything at this place. Don’t recommend!!! Terrible customer service!!!

This was my second visit here and my last. I do not get many days off from work and to have a bad experience both times, I chose to come here is unexceptable. It is your job to make sure the customer understands what they are ordering and not make them feel stupid. It started to rain while I was here and one of the girls goes "good, now nobody will come, they can go somewhere else." Very unprofessional and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere on my days off.
