Very poor customer service. Even though our gift card showed a $30 balance in their system it would not go through. They acted like we were somehow in the wrong and offered no explanation or solution to the problem!

I decided to give Penn station another shot because I had a coupon. I stopped coming in probably 10 years ago because the portion sizes were so stingy. Everything tasted great but there's very little meat on a Philly there. There were sections of the sandwich that were all bread. I'm talking about corporate policy not this particular location. The employees were all nice and on top of everything.You guys are getting smoked by your competitors on value. I doubt I'll be back.

Apparently cheesy bread comes wrapped like a sandwich. Like how the hell am I supposed to know that?! So when I checked my bag I didn't see a box of cheesy bread and I let a worker know "I think I'm missing cheesy bread" and then the bagger got all nasty talking to me like "it's all there, thanks for making me re bag it". Change your attitude fuck face.
