Love the food but hate that they use doordash to deliver instead of employees. Doordash doesn't have insulated bags that keep my food hot and fresh. They also deliver multiple orders at a time so your stuff arrives later than expected and cold af. Very disappointing

I placed an order thru Uber Eats and requested that they slice the breadsticks. Everytime I order breadsticks they’re not sliced. Why? Is this something they are discontinuing?

I miss old greasy, crispy pan style. It's not the same anymore. Went to giant eagle really fast while I waited. I got to pickup and it was ready.

The workers were very nice, the food was delicious and when I needed a straw even though the store did not have any one of the workers made sure I had a straw. Thank you! much appreciated! They brought our food to us just because. Little things can make someone's day

I recently ordered pizza and it was delicious. I just ordered again and I got it on time but the pizza and bread sticks were under cooked. I don't know if I will order again.
The place smelled really, really bad. I was skeptical on eating the food because of it. It didn’t look like normal Pizza Hut pizza but I ate it anyway. Food wasn’t too bad and was at least hot and ready for the time I ordered it. It wasn’t much of a pan pizza even though I ordered pan and paid the extra money. It also was very, very greasy.

Placed an order around 3:15, didn’t arrive until 5:22pm. Whole order is cold and looks disgusting. Called the store in biddulph plaza just for a guy to answer, I requested to speak with a manager. He puts phone down, asks for manager, lady asks him what do I want, he comes back to phone and says he’s the manager. Never answered the phone with the company greeting. Very unprofessional, food is disgusting.
