They have the worst customer service I ordered delivery they delivered thru door dash. Driver stole my food I called the store someone answered had the nerve to get an attitude with me because they were about to close told me call DoorDash or corporate but I ordered thru the app. Called the next day no one answered the phone they don’t have an option for a voicemail. Had to call corporate still waiting for this to be processed it’s been a week

Shut this place down. I'm an employee with the franchise and I have been waiting for 10 months come to find out that the company's payroll had lapsed and cannot pay me nor do they want to pay me. The management at biddulph location does nothing in regards to trying to resolve a issue in regards to related issues with customers and employees. Why have a business if you cannot pay your employees! My next call is to HR then the health department and then the better Business bureau as well I'm going to get what's mine even if I have to sue somebody for it. In which case I shouldn't have to but it's definitely a thought that can turn into an action. Do not buy from this company do not buy from this location do not support this store in any way shape or form please. I understand it's Pizza but I want my paycheck. I reached out to the Ohio department of commerce and I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit.

This photo is supposed to represent what you receive, when in reality you will actually get what is in the other photo. No gooey cheese stretching between slices! And I even ordered extra cheese!! I ordered from them twice in one month, hoping the first disappointing pizza was just a fluke. But since the second pizza was just as disappointing, I have come to realize that you can expect to be disappointed every single time you order from them. Maybe they don't realize that pizza is supposed to come with cheese?? Only good thing I can say is that the cheesy bites crust had a lot of flavor to them.

Really frustrated. This is my second time ordering a Buffalo Chicken Melt from here and it’s made completely wrong. The first time they made it with bbq sauce…. Went back, the young lady did remake it for me with no problem. Today I had to go back because this time it’s made without any buffalo sauce and I again went back and this particular woman proceeds to tell me that there is buffalo sauce on there and I then showed her it’s not and she continued to tell me it was. After the back and forth she offered to give me a side of buffalo sauce which I took to just to end the whole situation.

Love the food but hate that they use doordash to deliver instead of employees. Doordash doesn't have insulated bags that keep my food hot and fresh. They also deliver multiple orders at a time so your stuff arrives later than expected and cold af. Very disappointing

I placed an order thru Uber Eats and requested that they slice the breadsticks. Everytime I order breadsticks they’re not sliced. Why? Is this something they are discontinuing?
I miss old greasy, crispy pan style. It's not the same anymore. Went to giant eagle really fast while I waited. I got to pickup and it was ready.
