Just off a 8 hour flight, found this on our way to our accommodation. Great chicken, great atmosphere and great service.The manager was a gem and made sure we were looked after.

Paid for an order online for pick up. Went to go get it and they said don’t have any record of it. Then they said they did but it shows it wasn’t paid for. So then I had to repay for my food in the restaurant.
My 12 year old nephew decided to treat me to lunch after we left this year's Auto show at the IX Center. We usually do Taco Bell, but my nephew suggested I try something new & told me to drive to Raising Cain's...because it was on a Saturday & the weather was fairly pleasant, the place was packed. Since it was my first time there, I let my nephew order for me. The food came, nice & hot..the server was friendly & professional & the atmosphere was lively. I enjoyed the food so much, I've visited the restaurant 3 additional times - in one week! Hello Raising Cain's...goodbye KFC forever!

Went through the drive thru at dinner time and was very busy but got us through quickly. Got home with our order (tailgate) and pan of fries to find out they didn't put the cane sauce in with it. I called and Jason answered (hope I got his name right) he was very apologetic and I appreciate his attitude. Next time we'll check the order before leaving. Food was hot and fresh.

I went there and places an order then I remembered I need something else so before she said that's all for you I interjected and said one more thing. I said what I wanted Waited to her her confirm the oder....nothing I said hello....nothing is honked....nothing I Waited a good 5 mins saying hello hello until someone pull behind me. I told the lady I don't think Noone is here so she pull to the other drive-thru lane and someone answered so I drove off and another guy was behind and I heard someone took his order. I went to the pick up window and asked what happened her excuse was "the story that I heard was that she took your order and than you asked something and she didn't understand". So excuse me if I have this wrong when you don't understand something do youA. Ask againB. Ask someone if you dont understandC. Ignore the customerBecause asking someone to put those take out paper liner in your styrofoam box because Hot chicken goes in there is hard to understand apparently and deserves no answer and no good customer service
Maaaaan do I love this place!! The chicken, the sauce, the coleslaw, and most importantly the lemonade, the thought makes my mouth water!!! I know whete im going for dinner tonight!!
