Very rude staff I asked for extra caramel did not get it. I asked the guy he said I put extra in it. They absolutely did not very unprofessional. I thought it was supposed to be the way you want it or they remake it
I came back again same thing this barista doesn’t know how to add extra Carmel

Came here during Christmas time. Was super busy so I understand why it took so long to get my drink out no problem I’ve worked customer service for the last 6 years I get it. Everything was fine until I noticed how this girl was acting towards all the customers(she didn’t say anything to me personally because I didn’t speak to her) but everyone who asked her a question she was super rude to them. Lots of attitude you could tell the customers were getting to her. She was talking to them like they are dumb. If it was a regular worker then ok but she was wearing the black apron that said something about manager or supervisor so if she is a manager she should understand how she should act being in that position. If she gets stressed out about work so easy that she can’t control how she speaks then she shouldn’t be in charge of everyone. I understand customers can get overwhelming sometimes but you are trained that the customer is always right and to be nice a respectful towards customers they are the reason you have a paycheck. I think her name was Angelina or something i don’t know it started with an A and she was working Christmas Day at 9:40am wearing a black apron she had dark hair that was in a braid. Also forgot my cold foam and when i asked for some on the side I waited 10 more minutes and never got it so i just left. I understand you are busy but its a side of cold foam instead of giving ur customers attitude why not just go grab it yourself quickly? Once again she was not saying anything rude to me this was all just from observing how she is speaking to everyone else around me. Kinda seemed like she just thinks very highly of herself and everyone else around her is dumb. Will not be coming back to this location.

Do not go to this location. My mother came home crying due to rude a disrespectful staff members. My mother and I always order a white lighting with cold foam. It is always made in a venti cup. But they put the drinks in a tall cup !? We pay 1.45 for the cold foam alone. Why would they think it could even fit into a tall cup? So she asked the barista Julie to make it in the venti cup. The employee then told my mom it doesn’t go in the venti cup and she was wrong ? NOT ok! It is Starbucks policy to make a new drink for the customer if they are not satisfied. These drinks were over 5 dollars.

I have been going there for a couple years and I'm normally happy but today they only filled half my cup with coffee, full of ice. I get the same thing everytime and it's never been don't this way. I asked why it was only half full and they said that was how much goes in there. I got maybe 10 sips from it. Sparingly. Normally I can enjoy it. So they just gave me half what I paid for. I'll never come back to this location. If you guys are hurting for money then say that. That was the most sorry excuse for a coffee I've ever had

Always takes 20 minutes plus to get your order and then it’s usually wrong. I’ve seen several people pull out of the drive through line and just leave after ordering. This is by far the worst Starbucks we have gone to

If you’re looking for good customer service or decent customer service this is not the place. If you’re looking for a hot food after you wait 15 minutes when you return your food the clerk decides to give you a lot of attitude this is the first horrible experience I’ve ever had a Starbucks other than one other time on the west side of Cleveland. I went to a Starbucks and waited seven minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I travel all over the country and I visit a lot of Starbucks and I’ve never had service like this before. Great job Brooklyn I won’t be back.
