My order is almost always given to me incorrectly despite being the most simple orders (a grande hot cafe mocha). I see why Starbucks is dying as a company. Awful service quality with sky high prices. The point of paying more is to get better quality but clearly not at Starbucks

This location is wonderful!! I had the pleasure of the barista, named Kya take care of my drink and it was amazing!! Not only was my drink delicious, but her customer service was phenomenal!!

Fastest. Starbucks. Ever. I'm staying in a hotel nearby for a couple of weeks for work and I have never experienced a faster Starbucks. I've ordered coffee twice and a breakfast sandwich once. Order consistency may be a little off here, not sure since I've only ordered twice, but their speed more than makes up for that for me personally. I've also encountered friendly employees at the drive thru window both times. I'll continue to order here while I'm in the area.

This specific store needs more training. I can no longer visit this store which will be sad because it’s on my way to work. I ordered a 16oz grande latte and get a 12oz Tall cup that is only half full. This is the second time this has happened. Why am I spending $6.25 for a grande and receiving a tall that’s half full? It is such a waste of my money. The first time this happened I went inside to correct the order and the employees were talking about me in front of me, and still only filled the drink half full. I didn’t bother getting it corrected this time because I don’t want to deal with them again.
My first time experiencing this location, and I was instantly met with a warm, enthusiastic welcome! The space is open and has a variety of seating options. Perfect spot to hang out or to get work done. 10/10 highly recommend!

This is the only Starbucks in Ohio that makes my Mocha Frappe with my extra shot of coffee as it's supposed to. Believe me, I'm a coffee addict and I've stopped at several Starbucks, but there's no other like this one.

Denise was TERRIBLE. She cracked the window to give me change and when she handed me the coffee she didn’t say a word. I said thanks and she begrudgingly gave a half nod. I normally don’t care, but this was so egregious that I have to. They messed up the order, Denise took the order. I’m still gonna go there, but I really don’t want to be helped by her. Because being treated like the most inconvenient waste of time piece of trash is a terrible way to start the morning.

I frequent this location a ton. The staff here knows me by name which is so sweet when I walk in the door and am greeted by name before I even get to the counter. They are always so friendly and sweet here. And I've literally never gotten a drink here that was made wrong.
Amazing customer service from the entire staff bout we would like to shout out TOM for his excellent service , answered all of our questions about the hand crafted drinks and even gave suggestions so we can come to a decision we will definitely return to this location we also appreciate that this is one of the only Starbucks in the area that stays open late 🩷
