This is the only Starbucks in Ohio that makes my Mocha Frappe with my extra shot of coffee as it's supposed to. Believe me, I'm a coffee addict and I've stopped at several Starbucks, but there's no other like this one.

Denise was TERRIBLE. She cracked the window to give me change and when she handed me the coffee she didn’t say a word. I said thanks and she begrudgingly gave a half nod. I normally don’t care, but this was so egregious that I have to. They messed up the order, Denise took the order. I’m still gonna go there, but I really don’t want to be helped by her. Because being treated like the most inconvenient waste of time piece of trash is a terrible way to start the morning.

I frequent this location a ton. The staff here knows me by name which is so sweet when I walk in the door and am greeted by name before I even get to the counter. They are always so friendly and sweet here. And I've literally never gotten a drink here that was made wrong.

They really need to learn how to make the coffees. Im sick of spending $6.25 on some sugar water. I would NOTTTTTTTT order coffee from here it never taste right and is always so sweet. I’ve had them remake my coffee and few times and it still taste awful. The baristas need some real training. Spend a few more minutes and go to the one on ridge road in Brooklyn.

This is my absolute favorite starbucks location in the cleveland area. Open 24 hours is clutch since I work nightshift just down the street. The coffee I order is always perfectly made with the perfect amount of ice. This review means a lot to me because I’ve had horrible experiences at the starbucks in ridge park square lately. I hate that location as they somehow always mess up my order. This location is 🤞🤌
I usually come here every day and there are some great people. however, I asked the manager named Hannah if one of the employees there was single. I did not think that me asking that would be inappropriate. I guess I felt too comfortable because I’m a customer there every day, but her demeanor towards me was hostile. She just Said that it was inappropriate in regards to me asking my question and that she can’t give out the information and closed the drive-through door in my face. I guess you cant out that information which is fine and I apologized, but her demeanor towards me was a little abrasive. I don’t feel confortable going back there to give my business to someone that was nasty to me. I’ll buy my Starbucks from giant eagle from now on in that big bottle for 7 bucks instead of 8 bucks a day at Starbucks.

I showed up trying to make it work in my busy morning to redeem a birthday reward and the app refused to work. The worker told me there was nothing they could do on their end so I was late to work trying to sort it out and was simply given a phone number to call and that they would put stars on my account to help redeem at a later time.
After calling and being on hold for 15 mins the phone number told me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to I can call them back when I drive to the store next time and try to sort it out in real time...which given the experience would be asking me to spend 20 mins on the phone to get my reward at a later date. Not only did I get nothing, but the workers claim that the number is would sort my issues actually just wasted my time and day.

I stopped by after a hard day's work on the truck, I wanted to buy coffee and go to bed, I am a working man who works from morning to night at a hard job, but today 06:23:2025 at 12:09 the worker began to show her whims and discontent, she wanted me to drive up close to the window to pay, I explain to her that by driving up close I can hit the coffee shop and ask her to let me pay, she took, closed the window and left, it was very unpleasant and offensive, I had to leave upset after a hard day because she was not in the mood
