I usually come here every day and there are some great people. however, I asked the manager named Hannah if one of the employees there was single. I did not think that me asking that would be inappropriate. I guess I felt too comfortable because I’m a customer there every day, but her demeanor towards me was hostile. She just Said that it was inappropriate in regards to me asking my question and that she can’t give out the information and closed the drive-through door in my face. I guess you cant out that information which is fine and I apologized, but her demeanor towards me was a little abrasive. I don’t feel confortable going back there to give my business to someone that was nasty to me. I’ll buy my Starbucks from giant eagle from now on in that big bottle for 7 bucks instead of 8 bucks a day at Starbucks.

Stopped in and the staff were so great! Especially Hannah!! Loved the drinks!
I showed up trying to make it work in my busy morning to redeem a birthday reward and the app refused to work. The worker told me there was nothing they could do on their end so I was late to work trying to sort it out and was simply given a phone number to call and that they would put stars on my account to help redeem at a later time.
After calling and being on hold for 15 mins the phone number told me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to I can call them back when I drive to the store next time and try to sort it out in real time...which given the experience would be asking me to spend 20 mins on the phone to get my reward at a later date. Not only did I get nothing, but the workers claim that the number is would sort my issues actually just wasted my time and day.
I stopped by after a hard day's work on the truck, I wanted to buy coffee and go to bed, I am a working man who works from morning to night at a hard job, but today 06:23:2025 at 12:09 the worker began to show her whims and discontent, she wanted me to drive up close to the window to pay, I explain to her that by driving up close I can hit the coffee shop and ask her to let me pay, she took, closed the window and left, it was very unpleasant and offensive, I had to leave upset after a hard day because she was not in the mood
I was disappointed with my recent experience as my coffee was missing the cinnamon, It's a small detail, but it really affects the overall experience. I hope this is something that can be improved in the future."

I travel the country and have found this to be the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. I also really like the layout of the store, perfect for socializing over a cup of coffee.

Super friendly staff. Jess the manager was extremely polite to my daughter and me. I noticed he took the time to greet people and stay and talk to them on his 30 min break. If the manager is friendly and happy that rubs off on staff and customers. Thanks Starbucks staff 💙

This was one of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Lovely staff, large and spacious lounge area, really great natural light, and large bathrooms! I’ll be back!
Parking: Must drive around drive through to get to parking area to park/go inside.

Staff is phenomenal! The always make my drink perfect. Food is always fully cooked/hot. All employees have a good attitude and energy every time i come in.
It is hands down my favorite spot for coffee when i come up to cleveland. I always feel welcomed and leave happy.

Starbucks is always a pleasant visit! The moment you walk in someone says “Welcome to Starbucks.” Someone’s time lines are long but they work fast and efficiently to get your order ready. My suggestion… order online for a pickup if you dont have the patience to wait. The food is good as everything is made hot and ready except for what’s in the bakery section.
Parking: Parking is shared with other stores in the plaza but there is plenty of parking. Most people that park over there in that area is for Starbucks, Chipotle, Pulp or Panera Bread.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is always nice to the kids and even offer snacks sometimes. My son wanted the whipped cream in a cup lol.

I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order or at least speak. Finally, knowing they are open 24 hours, all lights on including drive thru menu, drove to the window where THREE people were working & completely ignored me at the window well - 2 had headsets on & the one girl with the headset on looked at me, rolled her eyes,, smirked & went back to doing whatever on an iPad.
Ugly ugly disrespectful behavior to the consumer & the company. Don’t be surprised at your lack of sales tonight while Dunkin’s line was out the drive thru lane long.
