Our server was amazing and a great person! Food was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, we went to get some dinner and use some points since we were in town for the Cleveland Clinic. They closed the restaurant near us, so we have to travel at least 90 minutes one way to dine at a Friday's anymore. Such a shame... They need to find a way to take care of long time customers like me that have a bunch of points but cannot redeem them anymore without making it a hassle...

Idk this picticular day we went The Fridays was banging! Kristy was running the bar taking orders and delivering great customer service. Anytime I feel something is above and beyond I have to do a review. Great job Fridays on Tiedeman. No pics cause we smashed
This place had a good opportunity to be great, and couldn't be farther from it.
Me and my parents came here because we had a gift card, and wanted to get out for a little while. First thing you will notice is the bad smell. I don't even think you could smell any food, just whatever on earth the smell in there was.
Our waitress rarely ever came over.
And, I am not certain on if every TGI Fridays is the same way, but the food was way beyond expensive. We had been given about a $75 gift card, and we thought we'd end up having a little bit leftover. We didn't get anything that was super expensive, at least compared to the rest of the menu options, and we still had to pay a bit of money after.

hardly anyone was there. It looked empty and sad. It was also very hot there. The host told us it would be a 10 minute wait. it wasn't a pleasant atmosphere so me and my wife left.
Food was good, service was alright, atmosphere was lacking big time. All the air-conditioning vents were leaking on the floors, and the whole place stunk of mold. Its a shame, because it is in a good location and has potential. They might need a new manager to pick the place backup.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant yesterday. The soda was flat, ribs were cold, the 4 cheese mac was not good but the fried shrimp was decent. The restaurant is big but they grouped everyone near the bar where there is a leak from the ceiling and bucket on the floor. The manager resolved a $25 meal issue with a $10 credit. So I paid $15 for 4 shrimp and 3 rib bones... mind you, the ribs are tiny. This location use to be amazing. Now it's a no-go.

I had a cobb salad pretty hard to screw up. Food was alright, bathroom was surprisingly clean. However we were one of 2 customers in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Wednesday. You need customers to have a dirty bathroom. So take that as you will.

Great food. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. I appreciate the fact that they enforce the no smoking and no vaping laws.

Our first visit to Fridays in awhile since the one by us closed in Mentor. My sons favorite restuaraunt we took him to the one located In Brookpark on a non busy Tuesday evening . The Shrimp scampi was deliciious and the wings were delicious ,food came out quick and our waitress was pleasant and on point .I Highly recommend Fridays TGIF in Brookpark !!

Not sure how they are still in business. I use to love that place years ago. 50 cent wings not even worth it. They were not good at all. My plate had dried broccoli on it and I only ordered wings. The server tried to tell me it was from them slinging the food around in the kitchen, but the broccoli was hard and dry on the plate. No one spoke to me regarding it. I sent the dish back. Hadn't been there in years and this was My last visit. Place needs to be cleaned thoroughly!

Had not been to a Friday's in a long time and stopped there Sat in the early dinner hour. We had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and bourbon chicken sandwiches at our table and everyone said they were delicious. The chicken & pasta dinner was a large portion - had raw green onion on top fyi in case that's not your thing, was pretty good. Service was good and we will return.
