This is the worst parties I’ve ever been to drive-through lady very rude likes to slam things into your hand in a hurry like she’s got a hot date. Hashbrowns are not fully cooked bacon is my standards is not fully cooked. I get everybody standings in a little different but Come on. I know the standards of the restaurants I’ve worked over 20 years in the industries and to see the food like this is a piss poor excuse and management in crew

Most times I go there it's fairly good this time I went there ordered double tomatoes and got basically tomatoes that were anywhere near being ripe, there were anywhere between white and a pale yellow, if I can post a picture here I will.paper thin tomatoes and bacon!! Come on brookville!!!!!

We've went several times for breakfast and it always seems to be messed up or missing items. The help doesn't ring you in or give you a total till you pull up so half the time they forget and ring you in wrong causing food to be messed up or missing.

pulled into the drive thru to order breakfast. had to ask if they were open before anyone came over the speaker. there wad 1 customer in front of me at the window. sat behind them for 5 minutes. pulled to the window and had to wait 3 more minutes for someone to get my money and get my food. no smile, no name tag on employee

Since I can’t get anyone to answer the phone I will post it here. I know mistakes happen. My order got rang up in two separate orders. No biggie. I paid and got my drinks and after a few minutes my food. I confirmed it was both orders. It was half of both orders and was told yes. I started to pull off but decided to check. I didn’t get my hash rounds for the orders. So I went back to the drive through and let them know. He said they was making them. I got them and drove home. Unpacked the food and was ready to eat! Well nothing was even warm. Hash rounds was stone cold. The 2 cinnamon rolls was rock hard. Over half our food was not able to be eaten.

Update: I Followed the link and was told I would hear back in 3 business days, That did not happen.Ordered online at 9:45pm today. Went to go pick it up and sat in the drive through for a good 10 minutes without hearing from anyone. We decided to walk in and were told they were closed by the single employee there working. I understand having to shut things down earlier for cleaning and closing, especially when you are the only person there. I am just confused where were the rest of the employees?

Kenton is a beast great help and great customer service l. the burg was a bigger beast. I congratulate you on a burger I couldn't finish, and I am a guy that can take down a Dave's hot and juicy triple straight to pound town, but the hardie's monster has earned its name. It's was the monster Burg and oh Lord.
