We have been going to this wafflehouse for almost 10 years. We have always had good service and excellent food until the other day. When we arrived, the grill cook wasn't even there. We had to wait for her to come back from going to get snacks at the gas station. The waitress did not smile or place our silverware in front of us she treated us like it was a problem that we were there. My boyfriend and I went to Brookville Waffle House this morning and had an amazing time. Barbara was our server she was very kind and on top of refilling drinks and taking empty dishes. She was very sweet! All of the cooks and staff were on top of it! They moved very quickly and added to the unique Waffle House aesthetic. Went in 12/27/22. Busy for a Tuesday at 10ish am. Clearly short staffed. The 3 workers they had were amazing. Our server was waiting on half of the restaurant and helping the cook. She was extremely friendly even when I asked for my bacon to go back on the grill. The cook had a minute break and came to our table to check on us and the proceeded to clean stuff. Very impressed. Good job. It did not go unnoticed.
