Went through the drive-through ordered your New deal seven pieces with two mashed potato sides and I ordered an extra coleslaw. When I get to the window, they take my money and she hands me my bag with supposedly everything that was ordered. I drive 15/20 minutes home take out dinner for my family and there is absolutely no mashed potatoes. How do you think someone would feel when we don’t receive what we pay for. So I called the Brookville location and the phone rings off the hook took me five tries to get someone to answer, then I was hung up on. I call back again, and answered by a manager named Erica And I said why just called there and someone hung up on me and she said oh yes that was me. It’s a new phone system. I’m new here and I’m trying to figure it out not an apology for hanging up. Then I proceed to tell her that I didn’t receive all my food that I ordered And all that she said was that she can give me two mashed potatoes next time I’m around town. No apologies no other discounts no credits. I consider this very very bad service by two people employed there.

Extremely disappointed with the chicken strips — they were so small you could practically see through them, tasted like they'd been sitting out all day, and were painfully dry. Honestly, they were barely edible.
To top it off they made me wait for them!
I order mash potatoes no gravy and got gravy. Chicken nuggets did not get sauce. Also order 2 lemonade that was just water. This is the worse I have ever gotten from any KFC. I should go get the $23:00 I spent but I’m not going to argue

I stopped to get a seven dollar fill up box with two pieces of chicken on Saturday, July 12, 2025. When I opened the box, I noticed that The chicken looked fantastic. The chicken was very crispy and tasty and I really enjoyed it. I did call the store and expressed my pleasure with the chicken.

Whoever heard of room temperature mashed potatoes. Well thats what I got at this KFC. I was very disappointed. The other items were ok.

Took 45 min so I asked for a refund instead of food. They said they could not get me a refund but would make the food for me now... Then I saw the guy who was cleaning the floors get my food without changing his gloves....

Poor customer service. Super slow and uncomfortable. I cannot remember going through the drive thru and not waiting for less than a full 10 minutes. (For tacos and fries)

I ordered 4 meat and cheese only tacos 2 meat cheese and sour cream and a K4. The tacos all had lettuce on them. I went back inside to get them redone and they gave me the exact same thing again. The K4 chicken strips were almost non-existent they were so small. The service was terrible and the manager didn't even make an effort to fix the problem. 0/10 I will never come back here again.
Used to be good, prompt orders ready on time. Now seems like every order is late, regardless of how much time you give them. sigh

Very rude young man at the counter. I was overcharged $4.98 on 3 two piece meals. When I questioned it the rude young man did not apologize in any way. He said “we do not do returns, once you pay for it there are no refunds”.
Then he walked away from me and said have a good night. Not sure what his name was but he had very thick lens in his glasses and had dark hair around 6’ tall. He needs to be taught manners very badly. He should have apologized at the very least KFC management!!
Our chicken pieces were quite small and it is the worst tasting kfc we have ever had.

I really don’t see how hard a job can be as I have worked fast food for years.
We had rude workers, and waiting for 30 minutes for two basic meals. Nothing fancy. They told us two minutes on the tenders and that two minutes turned into 15 minutes.
Not to mention that the price we pay for this food is not worth the quality, wait, rude workers, and the missing items.

Don’t recommend. They have customers that take over 10-15 minutes to order. Mobile ordering would be more ideal here. Customers are slow. Not fast service.
I waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes after giving my order.. Then, I walked inside for a refund, which they asked me to wait for a few more minutes while they finished up. I requested a refund very calmly and politely. They continued cussing at each other and the manager walked out and looked at me and walked to the back. About 5 minutes later they walked out with cash from a debit card that I used to give me a refund, not one apology or offer to smooth things over. Will not be back.
