Ordered $30 worth of food. They packed it all in one bag, Got home To everything dumping in the driveway because everything was smashed in there and the Grease made the bottom of the bag, wet and rip apart.

Never get my food right? Ask for no onions, get onions on and all over the place. I'm not bothering driving up there. And wasting my gas and my time to argue with them, it's got stickers on it saying no onions on the wrappers, but it has onions all over the food.

This McDonald's in Brookville has a better culture than most, with friendly staff who really try to get your order right. If you are lucky your pups in the car might get a dog treat in the drive-through as well, this McDonald's seems to love pups, and our two dogs love them right back!

The place was extremely clean, and the serve was alright, it took quite a while to get my food and it was kind of smashed down when I got it. But overall, it was just an alright experience.
Busy. Long line at drive thru. Not enough employees. Food was good and fresh.

Soda was weak. We tried different machines and it was the same. He told the unfriendly girl behind the counter and she shrugged. She did fill his cup behind the counter but it wasn’t right either. We ordered a double cheeseburger dressed like a Big Mac. We do it all the time and it means no ketchup & mustard and add lettuce and Big Mac sauce. The put ketchup and so much Big Mac sauce that it was coming out everywhere. It was nasty.

I have a hard of hearing. So I opted the digital ordering so I can have the food delivered to my table. A customer had to tell me my food was ready and sitting at the to-go counter for “a long time”. Apparently they called my number. When I went up and asked the “manager” Naomi, she responded but I couldn’t hear her. And she walked off. Then when I went up to the register, she came up again and I asked her if the food on the Togo shelf is mine. My order number was different from the large numbers on the ticket. She said yes and walked away- but I managed to ask for a tray. I’m traveling alone with my 4 year old. She rolled her eyes- for no reason. Slapped the tray on the counter- rolled her eyes again and walked off. I yelled for the manager because of her random attitude. And she said proudly that she was. Then another girl started yelling at me- which yes I lost my cool. I wanted to know why we enter our numbers in and it says on the thing that we bring to the table that they bring the food to us. And instead of explaining calmly- the blonde girl putting the food in the bags was rude. The other workers there were amazing and kind! Which I wished I would have been able to talk to someone nicer and calmer unfortunately.
