Waited 10 minutes just at the speaker before my order was taken. Just to pull up and see abunch of people standing around. My Mexican pizza was at the bottom of the bag and of course smashed. However was wrong anyway because I got no beans and sure enough there was beans on it. I guess that’s atleast better than the last time when I ordered the chicken and waffles and literally was given 1 drumstick instead. I’ll just drive to new Lebanon when I want Taco Bell.

may as well shut this location down and fire the staff...we've been going here for years-it used to rate it 5 star,now it gets zero...food quality has spiraled down to a new low....my wife spent $40 tonight on a bucket,only to come home and find the idiot working the fryer never even drained the chicken-there was a large puddle of oil at bottom bucket and it took a whole role of paper towels to degrease the chicken and it was STILL soaked-never again-stay away from this location....after this experience I dont doubt ANY of the previous poor reviews....if we were closer I would have gone back with the bucket and had a nice looooong discussion with management

Can your employees even READ? My order was COMPLETELY wrong, took almost 45 minutes just to get 3 items and a drink. It’s apparent corporate doesn’t care nor are they going to correct these issues for the people of Brookville. Burrito was SO watered down it was dribbling out of the bottom, I PAID for that?! No more…….

The girl taking orders was rude and hateful. Very unfriendly through the whole process of taking our orders. Was rude to her coworkers when they gave her updates. Should let her go. Food order was wrong, but other workers were friendly. She frowned and gave us dirty looks the whole time we were in there.

14 July...around 6 pm . Ordered three kfc meals 26$ and some change in drive thru am out of town so plan was to grab go and eat on way was told move up to wait on our order.
20 minutes later I get out of my car go in to see what the issue is.
They seemed shocked I was still there . Finally get my food no apologies no discounts . And these are type individuals who want higher wagers and or tips ? And kfc and taco bell want charge these prices but do not care about product served . Manager should be fired just meal alone I was served let alone everyone else waiting and waiting.
Food itself tasted like mayo was bad for one and chicken n fries tasted like they dropped them 2x in same grease.
A 26$ meal inedible. Live out of town no freaking receipt so had to swallow my losses
This is where I meet to pickup my kids if I was given a receipt I would have went back and caused a scene but since they weren't capable of even that I will never go back. Again not like few years ago meals are 5$ a piece now your charging 10$ plus a meal and expect customers just nod n smile when it's crap or items are missing or not remember these issues next time.
Terrible as usual. Noticed more horseplay, order messups, people waiting extensively, and foul language than people actually doing work. I seen a lady reverse back to the drive thru after waiting. Then watched employees hide and turn up music while laughing about it. I'm sorry but I will not be eating here anymore and wouldn't recommend it unless you have lots of time and dont mind cold food. 😕

If i could leave zero stars i absolutely would! Family went here to grab a quick bite to eat. Ordered over $40 worth of food. We sat inside and watched as the staffed played around back, dropping multiple kitchen utensilson the floor, throwing things around. Messed up multiple orders. They took over 20 minutes for our food and when I wanted my refund they absolutely refused to give it to me. I will be reporting this location to the BBB!

Decided to go in to order. They tossed my change on the counter and during the thirty minutes waiting everyone else was handed their change. A customer found hair in their food and the employees laughed in the back about it before fixing it. Then a lady came out joking it was hers and it was a special treat. The lady at the front register was too busy on her phone taking pictures of another employee’s butt. She then went and cleaned the bathrooms without gloves and came back out to mess with food. Got charged for an extra drink I didn’t order. And during ordering was cut off multiple times like they wanted me to end my order. Also watched them drop a pan in the trash and put it right back up and fill it with the fries. Definitely not going back to this establishment anytime soon.
