Couldn’t comment on food. Because they didn’t have the food I wanted to order! (Frosty) Don’t come here often cuz nothing changed. Service is lacking, I’m shocked that there is any profit from this place. This has been my local Wendy’s for over 15yr. It’s been less than satisfactory service for 16 of the 15 years. They have to be selling something else not on the menu to keep the lights on.
Frosty machine hasn’t worked in some time. As of 2 nights ago, I thought “a frosty sounds delicious”. Boy was I disappointed. Again. It’s a disgrace to Dave Thomas’ legacy. He’d shut it down or turn it around if he was alive.

We showed up at 9 inside closes at 10. We went inside and were told that the person who does front counter is on break...we would have to wait till he got off break.....there was Noone in drive thru.....We are done with this Wendy's

I understand help is hard to find. I waited to order and no one answered. I did end up placing my order but after I got it home and unwrapped my sandwiches they were all wrong except for one. I ordered a frosty but was told the frosty machine wasn't working properly. The lady at the window said it was only her and one other person working. With running a business like this it won't last long.

Swamp Donkey

This place is unbelievably filthy. I stopped coming here because the dinning area was always closed. Today I drive by and see people in the dinning area so I give it a shot. I walk in the door and im immediately hit with my shoes sticking to the floor. This is crazy to me because the dinning area has been closed so long. You would think they would have cleaned the place. Anyway I order (mistake) It takes 15 minutes to get my order and I go to sit down. I have to bypass almost every table until I get to the back of the dinning area because all the tables are dirty!!!! I could go on but I need to get back to work. Its super sad because wendys used to be the class of fast food. This place needs shut down.

Ranting

The lady working on 8/29/25 at 11:15 am l( who refused to give me her name) is rude and should be fired. Basically yelled at me that there were only 2 of them because i asked where the linch mebu was since the breakfast was still up and i went to order from it.

They don’t deserve your money. Asked for two frostys, one with just oreo no chocolate syrup. I heard the manager ask someone to make them and I said to him, you got that without chocolate syrup, right? He said sure thing! They brought it out with just chocolate syrup in it. I told them, then he said it will be 3-4 minutes because the frosty mix needs to freeze. 3 minutes later they brought out the most liquid, poor excuse for a frosty ever. This incident is in addition to far too many terrible experiences and egregious wait times, meanwhile all the employees are out back on a never-ending smoke break. Sad to see what this once great restaurant has become.

I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt and try to go multiple times at different times to truly get a some data points before leaving a review not based off one bad experience, but it really doesn’t matter if they are busy or no one in line , and even if you just order nuggets you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes every time , you will get your food faster going all the way to Englewood or Eaton two towns before you would get your food here one of the slowest fast food places I have ever been to. Normally with a wait like that you would expect food to be right out of the fryer which would be worth a wait like that but just tastes like it had been ready since you started waiting.

They Lost a customer from this location in Brookville ohio!! This restaurant opened at 6:30am. I pulled into the drive though at 6:55am to try A promotion of biscuit breakfast sandwiches. I pulled up to see two employees sitting outside having a chat session. They Quickly ran inside once I pulled to the drive up order. I ordered And they promptly told me I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes because they got a late start. So needless to say I politely left and went to McDonald’s across the intersection!! I assume this restaurant has a lot of problems and corporate should probably look into them.

SLOW. Unprofessional service and management. Person on cash register had trouble taking orders and putting them in. Someone who was there when we walked in and was still there 15 minutes later and I still hadn't ordered yet asked for manager and was told she was busy. She finally asked for her money back and manager came up 3 minutes later. Food was decent after I finally received it

Waited10 minutes for our counter order. The staff were running out of items and their drink machine was out of order. No one was manning the front they all disappear in the back trying to keep up with the car orders. Several people from the car line had to park their car and come inside to correct their orders. They stopped taking orders because they couldn’t keep up. Then they were all for a break out back when we went back to our car.

I was just in the drive-through at 2:08 PM and her breakfast Signs wasn’t turned to the Lunch menu board and the employee was too lazy to come outside to flip the signs that is the most ridiculous Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and their drive-thru Time Wait It’s so poorly slow. I’ve seen people wait for 15 minutes by the speaker and the drive-thru Waiting for a person to take their order and that is the worst Wendy’s ever I’m not going back there again so I give that store a 1/10 rating

The older lady on the head set was awful. Zero customer service and kept asking “is that all” after ordering items. Then had the nerve to whisper under her breath “oh my god” while ordering. Absolutely awful. Can see why she works at Wendy’s.
