Can’t even get a order right had me sitting in the drive thru for fifteen minutes and I get back home and my order messes up but it’s correct on the receipt do better got one of the easiest jobs in the world but can’t even do it right.

If you have 30 to 40 minutes to kill in a drive through this is the place to go. I also didn't get everything I ordered. Cheeseburgers were more like beef jerky. Obviously no leadership in this establishment.

I've every single time I've been there they've been really really really really really really slow at getting your order taken and they make you wait and wait and wait and then they mess up your order and won't correct their mistake they just say it's too bad and you have to pay for the extra stuff and it's just a big pain!!!!!

The Wendy’s on Main in Englewood Ohio is decrepit. Old and unkempt building and employees who are not efficient. The inside is old and dingy. The drive/thru takes at least20 mins even if you’re second in line. Terrible place.

Just went thru the drive thru at 10:12p and 10:15p because we were asked if we would like to "try a Dave's meal and a lemonade?" We said no BOTH times, proceeded to give our order and no one responded....the 3rd time around the had the back door open while we could see someone mopping, a female employee walked from the back area got on a headset and then told us they were closed?! You just asked us if we wanted a value meal and a lemonade...get your shit together!

Getting tired of this place. Hard inedible buns, fries are dropped back in fryer, which is quite evident by the super crunchy outside and hallowed inside. Half the time my order isn’t right. Also current employees and past have told me they use buns past the expired time, bc the GM tells them too. I wont be going back
Picked up a delivery order. Why are yall out of chili and potatoes after 5pm daily. What's up with that? Also how can yall be open for workers, but the fire Marshall shut the inside down?

I was there on August 15th for lunch around 1pm and the doors to the dining room were all locked up and the times on the door don't reflect the times on here and what's worse is that they weren't even busy. Went through the drive thru instead and the people that worked there were stressed out and seemed on edge, not entirely friendly. There's something wrong with this location and I don't think anyone cares.
