They are charging more than the drive through menu board has for prices. They stated they couldn't adjust the register
So it was what it was. Terrible customer service. They did not care that it was wrong. Receipt was unreadable. Since they couldn't adjust the register I took a full refund and went to Hardee's instead.

Ordered from the app. Went through the Drive thru to pick up. It took 3 minutes for them to acknowledge we were there, another 5 minutes to get our food at the window and it was cold. I thought Brookville Wendy's improved. I will say the friendliness is much better than Eaton Wendy's.

Under new management in November 2025 their Facebook says. Facebook Page seems to be fake! Reached out and they don't respond. Don't listen to the hype. I was ripped off $29
It's still bad. Long wait on a slow Sunday night. Messed up order. Claimed they cooking fresh fries and chicken nuggets. Definitely weren't hot by any means. These other good reviews must be from a different type of day or just friends of the workers! They upped the size of drinks but they probably didn't know what size we were supposed to get lol! Don't even bother!

The food took a long time to get ready, it is about one hour, and that is too much for a fast food, and guess what?!! After all that time, the order was the wrong order with moooore fries š¤·š»āāļø, I donāt know if every Wendyās are the same or not,but I am sure itās my first visit and the last

Couldnāt comment on food. Because they didnāt have the food I wanted to order! (Frosty) Donāt come here often cuz nothing changed. Service is lacking, Iām shocked that there is any profit from this place. This has been my local Wendyās for over 15yr. Itās been less than satisfactory service for 16 of the 15 years. They have to be selling something else not on the menu to keep the lights on.
Frosty machine hasnāt worked in some time. As of 2 nights ago, I thought āa frosty sounds deliciousā. Boy was I disappointed. Again. Itās a disgrace to Dave Thomasā legacy. Heād shut it down or turn it around if he was alive.
