COUPON SCANNER HAS BEEN DOWN FOR WEEKS. I do not understand why this establishment would allow this issue to go unfixed for so long. They also refuse to try the coupon scanner at the front of the restaurant. They also do not use the scanner at the 1st window either. PLEASE let me use my coupons and rewards!! I cannot even earn points without my code being scanned!! I tried going inside and their doors were locked. I am sorry if this restaurant is having staffing issues. Though...

No signage anywhere at 1:20PM on a Tuesday stating Drive Thru Only. Tried all four doors, locked. Wanted to sit and eat, could not. Went to Arby's. From a traveler who was hungry.

If they're not too busy your order will be hot and fresh and all items ordered will be in the bag. Maybe even a napkin or two. You're better off taking 20 seconds to make sure the order is all there especially for any big orders before pulling away. It's almost always made correctly and freshly. Avoid busy times if you can.
