Employees at this Brunswick, Ohio location are clueless. We tried to use a gift card given to us by BK corporate and the same employee gave us a hard time. The first time he said we could not use the gift card because they do not take them. When my husband showed him the printed gift card with the instructions on the bottom he refused to acknowledge it. I went through the drive thru tonight, ordered food, was given a total by voice and on the screen. When I got to the window they told me I never ordered and I needed to go through the drive thru. I told them I already waited in line and ordered. They insisted that I did not. I left and called the store manager.
