They always get things wrong. Always. And the service can be super slow. You can make eye contact with every person who works there and no one will help you. The last time we were here my boyfriend stood at the counter for five minutes waiting to pick up a mobile order that he could see was finished. And every single time he eats here he gets a stomach ache. Needless to say we are going on a Burger King hiatus.
Door dash ordered 10/25 evening. Food arrived almost instantly, custom requests met, all sauces and napkins included. Hot and fresh. A++ Great team at Brunswick Center Rd BK! YOU RULE ?
One of the employees I've seen on numerous visits has a terrible attitude. I asked about why they closed the dinning room so early the day before and he got really aggressive with his response almost accusing me of lying that the dinning room was NOT closed at 645pm. The dining room is closed very early everyday. I'm not sure why they do this. They are in a safe location. I usually see at least 4 staff there so idk why they do this.
