I visited the Brunswick store about an hour ago, via drive thru waited 20 mins, first tried to give me someone else is food, then realized they never made by Latte. Finally made it and handed to me, should have drank it there before I arrived home. Totally screwed it up, waste of $$ and now I'm dumping it out. WTHeck isn't it printed out on the ticket. Should have known when it wasn't on my cup. Probably gave it to someone else. Get with it....guess I'm going to take a break...read full review

walked in to the location on Saturday at 1 pm. 7 cars were in the drive thru. 2 guests sitting in the dining area. I walked up to the counter and there was an employee at the register doing something did not acknowledge I was standing there and just walked away. I continued to stand there waiting for an employee to take my order. There were 7 employees huddled in the drive thru area. 2 of those employees walked past the register still not asking me if they could take my order....read full review
