I ordered a free BD meal my Dad ordered 2 burgers & fries after waiting in drive thru we pulled forward ND my burger & fries were missing. I pulled into the curbside and called inside so they old bring it out and he made me wait in the drive thru line again behind 6 cars. Every time I have gone there they mess up my order. I am done with Steak n Shake they are incompitent.
