We just moved to Brunswick and we’ve only ever been able to actually get food from this particular location 2/5 times. Only once has it been completely right. The staff take out their frustrations on the customers and yell at them to leave the line when it gets busy and make up closing times just to avoid a long line. Either make a sign indicating your closing hours or be nice to the people trying to buy food from you.
Everything was great with our 20 item order.
This place needs to close. They need to actually hire people and properly staff. It's a nightmare if you ever try and doordash for this location. They need to not take online orders at all. I get online orders are not the priority, but 3 hours just to make 3 tacos is insane. Worst part is, the poor dasher is trapped in the drive through often for 40 mins to an hour only to not get the food and have to cancel the order making no money and wasting their time.
