Usually don't have the greatest experience when I stop at inner city Cleveland fast food joints for lunch, but I have stopped at this specific location at least a dozen times in the past year or two for lunch when I'm working in the neighborhood and have had absolutely zero issues whatsoever. The staff has always been friendly, quick and attentive every single time that I have stopped in. My order has yet to be messed up and the food is probably of the highest quality...

Drive thru... Waited 20 minutes and the Girl taking orders got all our orders wrong. And charged us for things we didn't order. The girl at the food window did her best to fix all the problems.

Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru so far at 10 pm while they took two car orders through completion at a time. Terrible service! Stuck in line so can't leave either. Hire more staff or better managers
