“Out of the 2 Subway locations in Bryan I prefer this location. The service is always friendly and good, the staff may be in the back but they do look out front if not if you just call to the back for someone they do come right out. This of course is a staffing issue not caused by the employees. They are always kind and courteous. I am not sure what the issues with the Subway restaurants in this region but putting enough toppings on any sandwich you order is always an issue (ie, lettuce, tomato, etc...) it's like they must think people don't like their veggies. Just ask for more and they are happy to add more. I will continue to return to this location because of the quality and the customer service. Also they take coupons unlike the other location in town.“
“I ordered tonight via the mobile app. I referenced I had a tuna allergy and the staff were amazing! I showed up a tad early. They let me know they used veggies and surfaces away from the tuna and that haven’t been in contact with tuna. Some may say “well that’s what they’re suppose to do.” Well as someone with this allergy I can express my allergy doesn’t always get taken seriously. Those two working tonight went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’ll be returning to this subway.“
