I eat here pretty regularly. The pizza is always good and the December carryout special was awesome while it lasted but one of the lady's that work there is really rude and acts angry all the time. All the other employees are wonderful though.

I didn't realize I was out of their delivery jurisdiction, but the full-time delivery guy there I believe his name was scott, made me a priority and had my food delivered and was very professional about informing me of the jurisdiction of delivery, I still got my food and was very happy with the service and the food 10 out of 10 would recommend
He thinks he can tell you it's on its way and it don't matter how long it takes you have to take it I called after 45 minutes.... and then being put on hold for 5 minutes and it was still in the oven I told him cancel it he told me he was tired of impatient customers if you canceled you can't get a pizza till you pick up the one you canceled on I'm a $400 a month customer easy I would think of a way not to lose those customers like maybe be honest and just say you're an hour out give that person a chance to figure out what time he would like to eat.... just think if he does 10 of me like that how much money did he lose not too smart

I ordered my pizza at 725.i called in asking about my pizza at 820 and finally have it at 845 and its barely warm. get more delivery drivers or something im 5 mins down the road

The guy dropping off menus to business is the best!!! Here at the buckeye lake koa we only recommend crenos pizza!!! Great service & even better food!
