He thinks he can tell you it's on its way and it don't matter how long it takes you have to take it I called after 45 minutes.... and then being put on hold for 5 minutes and it was still in the oven I told him cancel it he told me he was tired of impatient customers if you canceled you can't get a pizza till you pick up the one you canceled on I'm a $400 a month customer easy I would think of a way not to lose those customers like maybe be honest and just say you're an hour out give that person a chance to figure out what time he would like to eat.... just think if he does 10 of me like that how much money did he lose not too smart

I ordered my pizza at 725.i called in asking about my pizza at 820 and finally have it at 845 and its barely warm. get more delivery drivers or something im 5 mins down the road

The guy dropping off menus to business is the best!!! Here at the buckeye lake koa we only recommend crenos pizza!!! Great service & even better food!

Had some garlic parm wings, an xl pizza and a salad and all of which were delicious. My favorite garlic parm sauce I have ever had. The salad was super fresh and had lots of fresh ingredients. The pizza crust was thin and the sauce flavorful. Would highly recommend and would definitely Come back.

I ordered a pizza tonight for delivery. It was not cut.I tried to cut it n couldn't it was so rubbery I couldn't even eat it.When I called the lady just wanted to argue w me so I drove there to show her the pizza and she continued to argue w me.Totally rude! I have been in restaurant businesses for 40yrs.If I would argue w a customer like that I would have been fired on the spot.Never ever will I go back!!!

I love crenos food and it’s been my go to pizza place… but when it’s now costing me $6 extra dollars to add 3 toppings to a small pizza, $2 to swap toppings on my salad, and another $3 to swap meat out for veggies in a small calzone, that’s just wild. $11 to customize toppings. I can’t justify that :(

I just want to start by saying thank you for having prices that are reasonable for the every day worker& Family to be able to stop and get lunch or dinner without breaking the bank now that’s how you have. Repeat loyal customers. Sometimes I’m scared to step into some of these new pizza places without being terrified of going into my savings account. Just to get a bite to eat!! I’m a local delivery driver and I serviced the buckeye Lake area from time to time and always passed by, and finally got a chance to check you guys out ?? fantastic pizza !!!??♂️ it’s been a long time since I was able to walk out of somewhere and say I got a good deal????? keep up the great work another customer for life I’ll make sure I stop in every time. I’m in the area.!?????

Parking: It’s the Buckeye Lake area and it can experience heavy traffic on great weather days for boating so if you’re not from the area, I can see it being somewhat difficult
