Our family attempted to order food on a Saturday night at about 6 pm and the restaurant was closed. There was no message (when we called) stating why the restaurant was closed (that would have helped). The only way we knew it was closed was because of Google maps. We haven't went to this restaurant in years and now I know why. We will continue to go to Pizza Cottage (they were open on that same Saturday night) or Lakebound Pizza.

Called over a hour before my lunch and got a call 19 minutes before my brake saying they didn't have reliable vehicles to deliver food and won't be able to get my my food in time way to f my luch up you guys are the most bland uninspired pizza around anyway

Online and phone ordering is a bad experience. No one wants to call in and talk to a computer to order food! Had a complicated order with dietary restrictions that I didn’t feel was going to be accurately handled by ordering online so I wanted to call in and speak to a person and I got an automated order taking machine. I have zero confidence (or patience) to play this game when ordering! Bad idea Donatoes.
Of course, when I arrived, my order was not there because it had been automatically routed to another store. I asked to speak with the manager, provide some feedback about the process, but she did not seem to be interested at all, simply said, I’d have to wait while they made order. Although this was ultimately my fault for not confirming the correct store online after I turned on location and provided my zip code, my order was routed to a store 20 minutes away. The “manager“ offered to do nothing to make sure that I was satisfied.
The interior of the store of Buckeye Lake is awful. It seems that they may be trying to remodel, but it’s been this way for quite some time. At least put a sign up that says you’re trying to remodel.

Take out window was backed up into street. Should have had cars pull into pickup spots to avoid accidents. Bar patrons next door shouldn't be allowed to take those spaces! Food great!
