Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I'm used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.

Food was ok fries were cold. Service was terrible. You can't get anyone to come to the counter to take an order to save your soul. I have cataracts and have a hard time seeing the screen and it's embarrassing.... I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and even said excuse me to the girls bagging the food that just ignored me... So, I would order at the kiosk. Which I HATE. Then, my fries were cold... Ugh. This used to be a great location they need more staffing

Hadn't been here in a couple of years. I went to the drive thru and they were really courteous and friendly. Thanked me and didn't just slam the window shut. I had to wait on an apple pie and the person who brought it out was friendly. It was really a nice experience. Impressive compared to most places.

Can someone tell me why I get harassed about a mobile app at McDonald’s drive thru and they NEVER have their prices listed? But I go to Wendy’s and prices are on the screen and they don’t harass you for a mobile app?! Make it make sense…Wendy’s over McDonald’s ANY DAY!!!

The manager that runs this McDonald’s in Buckeye Lake is very friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job! The store was clean and we got our order in a timely manner.

It really depends on the shift and the crew! Indoor dash and 3rd always gets stuck roughing it out with no staff while first is over staffed! Most of the employees are pretty great
